From the owner

The upper Villa “POSEIDON” is located on the brow of the hill offering panoramic views both on the countryside and the Aegean Sea all the way to Attica and Cape Sounio, where the famous temple of Poseidon lies

The house is built entirely with the local schist stone

The ground floor has two bedrooms, one of which is with en suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen

The kitchen door leads to a porch with sitting facilities and striking countryside views

There, ten meters to the right, is a stone built traditional barbecue

If one goes up a couple of steps through the kitchen, he/she can get to one of the terraces of the house

The first floor includes:

The entrance to the house, which leads to a large sitting room

And one bedroom with en-suite bathroom

In front of the entrance there is a special porch the traditionally called, "stegadi", by the locals, which leads to another terrace including a pergola and spacious sitting dining facilities

On the second floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms benefitting from a common balcony from which guests can enjoy panoramic views and amazing sunsets

All rooms have stone slate floors quarried from the local schist Kean rock and have been meticulously decorated with traditional furniture including original pieces of work of art, Greek traditional embroidery and handicrafts

All bedrooms and the entire property with surrounding dining and sitting areas benefit from free Wi-Fi access and large flat-screen TV sets

How do damage deposits work?
