City Moments Villa is an exclusive member of Holiways Villas. City Moments Villa is a brand new two-storey villa, located in the heart of Chania Town, in the neighbourhood of ‘’Dikastiria’’. Typical modern and elegant house with plenty of light, airy outdoor areas, private indoor and outdoor swimming pool, barbecue, and garden. Ideal for a relaxing vacation. The property ensures a high-quality vacation with amenities that cope with the ambitions of the most discerning guests.

Indoor facilities

This stylish villa wows at every corner, with five airy and well-equipped bedrooms with air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Four of the five bedrooms offer luxury en-suite bathrooms with either shower or bathtub. City Moments Villa is a two-storey villa consisting of five bedrooms, three of them on the ground level, with king-size beds, and the rest of them, are situated on the lower floor with a twin and a king-size bed. There are four ensuite bathrooms and one communal that is finished to a luxurious standard and has a walk-in shower while the bathroom benefits from the addition of a bathtub in one of them. Entering the villa on the ground level you will find a spacious open area with a fantastically-equipped kitchen which is heaven for foodies. The area is completed with a dining and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and a gas fireplace. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. The neutral palette that is used here creates the perfect scenery for a serene getaway from the fast pace of life making your stay unforgettable.

On the lower level is located an indoor pool that offers the ultimate coziness and next to the pool there is a stylish cellar with elegant details full of bottles of wine for the connoisseurs who like to enjoy their bottles chilled to the perfect temperature. Next, the dining area is located in a second kitchen with all the necessary appliances and amenities where you can prepare your meal and choose a good glass of wine. Unforgettable moments and carefree days! In the kitchen on the lower level, there is a wine cooler. They are USB ports for charging your various electronic devices easily!

Outdoor facilities

Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than laying by the pool and having your tanning session? The back garden suits for sunset drinks and a swimming pool with a pool and a lounge area with sofas make the ideal spot for you to relax. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for 10 guests, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun and breeze, little things that will impress you.

Heated Pool Policy

The indoor swimming pool can be heated free of charge from October till the end of May. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool can also be heated upon request free of charge for the months of April, May & October by a Pool Heat Pump at about 25 - 26°C depending on weather conditions. Last but not least, the outdoor swimming pool can be heated upon request from November to March for an additional charge. We request 3-4 days' advance notice for this facility.
