If you Snowbirds are looking for a winter vacation get-away, you've found it, and at a very competitive price.

This amazing home is literally just 10 minutes from Disney World and only 15 minutes from Universal (Harry Potter) and Sea World.

Believe it or not, it's less per night than many small hotel rooms in the area and 400% less than staying 'on property' at Disney. So, you'll have lots of $$'s left over for theme park tickets.

There's many restaurants along the 192, Publix supermarket and a Super Wal-Mart, our home is well maintained, very spacious and fully air-conditioned.

This home is luxuriously equipped and professionally maintained throughout from a local management company.

Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Greg (the owner) a message.

If Greg (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
