Living Area

Our recently upgraded and spacious lounge is the ideal place to just relax after a hard day at the theme parks! The comfortable lounge benefits from a 55" Roku television, Playstation 2 and a selection of children's PS2 games. Our guest computer is also located in the lounge, it has free WiFi and broadband internet for your use. There is also a selection of books and a sound system for your enjoyment. Patio doors (alarmed) open from the lounge onto our spacious south facing pool deck.

Kitchen

The recently upgraded, well equipped dining kitchen has all you will need and more, including a dishwasher, wide bodied cooker, microwave, waffle maker, electric kettle, toaster, drip style coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine (pods not supplied) and fridge freezer with ice maker. Our utility room houses an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Dining Area

There is a large open plan dining room, this leads into the spacious lounge.

Bedrooms

The villa has two double (one queen bed and one with king) and two spacious twin bedrooms.

The comfortable master suite is light and airy having patio doors which open out onto the large pool decking and lanai. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, Smart, Roku T.V. with internet access and clock radio alarm. It also has the benefit of a large, recently refurbished en-suite bathroom with roman tub, over sized shower with seating area, his and hers vanity unit and a spacious walk in closet.

The second double bedroom is also beautifully furnished has a queen sized bed and you'll find a Roku T.V. in this room, as well as having full wall closets for all your holiday attire.

Both of the two twin rooms are equipped with Roku televisions, the first twin is more suited to children, and is decorated in a children's theme, equipped with a small selection of toys and books. There is also a bed guard rail available if needed for those smaller children. The other beautifully appointed twin overlooks the pool and spa, it is thoughtfully furnished having a large closet, wall mounted flat screen Roku TV and clock-radio alarm. There is also a recently renovated bathroom (no tub) with large walk in shower situated between the other bedrooms with good access from the pool area.

Games Room

The villa benefits from a fantastic fully carpeted games room, equipped with an air hockey table, foosball, a well lit 7 foot pool table, rollaball and comfortable seating. Tennis rackets and balls are also provided, so you can use our subdivisions tennis court, which is located about a 5 min walk away, with the children's outdoor play area.

We also provide some beach gear, chairs, parasol and cooler if you fancy a day away from the parks.

Pool Deck

The villa boasts a large private south facing pool deck and lanai, with lighting and ceiling fan. On a safety note, the pool doors are fitted with an alarm system to stop youngsters venturing out without supervision. The large 30' by 15 'swimming pool, has optional gas heating for the winter months (additional fee)

The separate spa/hot tub seats 4 people and has a colour changing waterfall, heating for the spa is complimentary. Our pool deck and lanai are furnished with comfortable well padded chairs, table and recliners on which to soak up the best of the Florida sunshine or watch the beautiful sunsets. A clean gas barbecue for those "al-fresco" meals is provided for guests to use. Please note this is a complimentary BBQ, if the gas bottle runs out, it can be easily replaced at a local store for less than $30.

Our home as many little touches which include a desk top PC for guest use with FREE unlimited broadband cable internet access.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Helena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
