Cumbrian Lakes is an exclusive gated community set in a conservation area of 120 acres with lovely lakes, providing a haven for wildlife. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the homes and there is a nature trail around one of the lakes together with a communal children's play area.

Our executive home is a lovely bright and spacious accommodation, beautifully furnished in a contemporary luxurious design, making this a comfortable stylish home that will delight you and your guests.

The Lounge - With cathedral ceilings and open plan layout, the home is bright and welcoming, with sumptuous cosy sofas that overlook the pool area, it is a great place to gather, where you can unwind and watch a film after an enjoyable day in the parks.

The Kitchen - is fully equipped and is the heart of any home, so it is a great place to cook, prepare a snack or just join in the fun of a friendly chat at the breakfast bar, over an aromatic cup of coffee and a fresh baked muffin.

The Dining area overlooks the pool and is ideal for more formal meals where you can savour some fabulous home cooked meals and catch up on the day’s events.

ALL OUR HOMES HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES INCLUDING A WASHER AND DRYER FREE WIFI AND CABLE TV PLUS FREE US AND CANADA CALLS.

The Bedrooms are well appointed and beautifully decorated, with lots of luxury finishes and will provide the perfect retreat at the end of a busy day, as you can read a book or watch a film and simply relax.

Master Suite with King Bed, ceiling fan, television with Ensuite facilities of separate bath and shower and twin basins.

A Queen Bedroom is beautifully designed and includes a ceiling fan, television and a Jack n Jill Bathroom that includes a Bath with Shower over and a single basin. A Twin Bedroom with ceiling fan, television and a Jack and Jill bathroom with Bath with Shower over and single basin.

Twin Bedroom with bathroom next door that includes a Bath with Shower and Naturally, all bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

Pool Area has an extended pool deck with a beautiful 30ft pool with spa and a poolside shower for your convenience. The area is fully screened to keep out any troublesome bugs, and leaves for you to enjoy a refreshing swim or read a good book and simply enjoy the Florida sunshine. With the covered lanai you can dine alfresco which is great for at early risers to enjoy a quiet breakfast or for you to sample a cocktail or two during your laid back Florida evenings.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
