La Villa Sandra Maria, a été conçue pour offrir des vacances idéales, au soleil, en famille ou entre amis. Elle bénéficie d’une situation exceptionnelle, d’un confort parfait, possède tous les équipements de qualité nécessaires et offre un service d’excellence au niveau du personnel, avec un manager et deux femmes de ménage. Les deux propriétaires sont toujours à la disposition des clients, qui profitent ainsi de vacances de luxe, dans le confort et le calme. La maison bénéficie d’une position exceptionnelle, sur une colline à 150 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer, offrant un point de vue merveilleux et un horizon ouvert sur le Grand Bleu d Egée. En même temps, la maison se trouve à cinq minutes des plages de sable blanc, mais aussi de tavernes réputées où ils peuvent déguster les meilleures spécialités grecques. Elle est également située à dix minutes du port de l’ile. Notre clientèle bénéficie ainsi de vacances, luxueuses et confortables, dans une ambiance calme et sereine. L’entretien est assuré, avec le plus grand soin, sous une supervision continue, été comme hiver, de la part des deux propriétaires qui, il y a neuf ans, nous avons créé la villa avec amour et avec respect a l’architecture des Cyclades. Nous avons porté une grande attention à tous les détails, en particulier pour ce qui concerne les prestations et services offerts, en particulier le ménage et la propreté des locaux, comme des abords. Notre personnel est présent tous les jours pour assurer un séjour confortable et répondre à tout problème éventuel qui peut toujours se produire dans un lieu de vie. Notre manager, Bill, est responsable de nos deux villas, Villa Sandra Maria et Villa Meli, située à proximité. Il est en permanence à la disposition des clients, étant en contact direct avec eux, pour les aider et les conseiller. Il passe régulièrement tous les jours, à 7h00 du matin pour l’entretien de la piscine, superviser le jardin et la maison. Quand les clients en ont besoin, il répond à leurs questions et les assiste pour répondre le plus vite possible aux problèmes éventuels. Deux femmes de ménage viennent tous les jours à la villa, de 10h00 à 12h30 pour nettoyer, ranger, repasser le linge si nécessaire, et faire tout que les clients ont besoin. Nous, les propriétaires sommes présentes pour le « check in » et accueillons les clients en offrant du vin et un panier de fruits. Nous sommes également présentes pour le « check out » et sommes tout le temps en contact avec les clients, pour les assister, répondre à toutes leurs demandes et veiller à ce que leur séjour soit excellent. Pour toutes ces raisons, nos clients publient d’excellentes évaluations sur la Villa et nos prestations. La villa est proposée à la location, en particulier sur TripAdvisor, depuis 2010 à l’entière satisfaction des clients, comme en témoignent les évaluations très positives qui ont été émises et qui sont au nombre de vingt sur le seul site de TripAdvisor. Concernant les commentaires de cette personne, notre réponse est la suivante et vous pourrez et bien percevoir la vérité : En général, l’entrée dans les lieux est l’occasion de vérifier avec le client que tout est opérationnel et répond pleinement à ses attentes. Lors du départ, l’état des lieux permet de confirmer que tout s’est bien passé et de résoudre d’éventuels problèmes ou de constater en commun d’éventuels dégâts. Lors de l’état des lieux initial, la signataire de cette évaluation n’a émis aucune remarque ou réserve sur l’état de la maison et de ses équipements, ni émis la moindre observation sur le rapport entre le prix et les prestations. Si tout qu’elle raconte sans honte était vrai, ces clients auraient dû immédiatement contacter leur agence de voyage, qui leur a proposé notre villa, afin de leur expliquer la « mauvaise » situation et même exiger un remboursement. Comme pour les autres clients, le manager est passé chaque jour pour l’entretien et le nettoyage de la piscine et superviser la maison. Rien ne lui a été signalé par ces personnes. Il en a été de même pour les femmes de ménage qui étaient présentes chaque jour. C’est en effet notre politique d’offrir ce « every day maid service » aux clients. Elles nettoyaient la maison, faisaient la vaisselle après le petit déjeuner, faisaient les lits, changeaient les draps. En résumé, tout se passait bien! La journee de leur départ, nous avons procédé au check out, comme cela avait été convenu. Nous avons trouvé leur chambre vide et constaté les dégâts ! Ils avaient cassé la grande colonne en inox, de la douche, dans la salle de bain de leur chambre. Nous supposons que cela a été fait la dernière journée (puisque la femme de ménage n’avait rien relevé les journées précédents). C’est sans doute pour cela qu’ils avaient demandé le reversement de leur caution, la veille au soir. Nous leur avions fait confiance et leur avions restituée la somme. Mais, a notre grande surprise, Ils n’étaient plus là, ils étaient parti tôt le matin, ou dans la nuit sans rien dire, rien mentionner, sans laisser une petite note, un appel ou au moins un mot d’excuses. Nous comprenons que des dégâts sont des choses qui peuvent se produire mais la façon dont ils se sont comportés est encore plus grave que les dégâts eux-mêmes. Si ces gens avaient eu la gentillesse, la courtoise de nous contacter pour s’expliquer et s’excuser, s’ils avaient témoigné de respect pour notre propriété et pour nous-même, tout se serait terminé sans problème. Le fait qu’ils ont fui, tôt le matin, pour éviter d’affronter leurs responsabilités, est particulièrement inacceptable. Il est triste de voir des gens se comporter avec cette agressivité et une telle méchanceté, pratiquant mensonges et insultes et qui cherchent à se dédouaner de leurs responsabilités en dressant un tissu de mensonges. Au surplus, ils s’en prennent avec des termes particulièrement injurieux à une personne, qui était la pour les aider, les assister, rendre leur séjour confortable. Tout cela est honteux ! Ils en arrivent à publier une évaluation comme celle-ci, totalement fallacieuse et qui démontre seulement de la méchanceté gratuite. Les propos concernant la façon de la propriétaire de s’adresser aux clients sont non seulement faux, mais particulièrement insultants, contraires à tous les efforts qu’elle fait pour être en permanence au service et à l’écoute des clients. Ces commentaires ne sont qu’un tissu d’allégations mensongères, dont le seul but est de nuire. Ils sont particulièrement mal à l’aise vis-à-vis de leur agence de voyage et essaient de se justifier pour leur comportement honteux. Nous avons pris des photos des dommages et avons contacté l’agence de voyage immédiatement. L’agence nous a totalement soutenu et les a contactés le lendemain pour demander des explications. C’est à partir de ce moment qu’ils ont tenté de se justifier, alors que tout prouve qu’ils sont en tort, en inventant des problèmes imaginaires sur la maison. Cela sans doute pour ne pas endosser leurs responsabilités et se justifier aux yeux de leur agence de voyage ! C’est bien après son retour que l’auteure de cette évaluation formule des critiques fallacieuses sur la maison, les équipements et le niveau de prestations, afin de ne pas assumer les responsabilités et les dégâts qui ont été causés. C’est pourquoi j’invite à ne tenir aucun compte de cette évaluation et me tient à l’entière disposition de ceux et celles qui, à partir des informations disponibles sur ce site et des évaluations très positives de nos clients, sont intéressés pour passer un séjour de rêve à notre villa Sandra Maria! Bien sure, si, lors du séjour, vous faites un dégât, cela peut arriver. Mais dans ce cas, dites-le, s’il vous plait ! La vérité est toujours la seule solution.
