Villa Kalami Sunlight is a newly built villa, offering fantastic view over the Ionian sea, just 500m from the Kalami Bay, famous for its relaxing atmosphere and upmarket tavernas. It is a really spacious property for a family or party of six, modernly fitted, just 27 km away from Corfu airport.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a sitting-room, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, outdoor dining area and a generously sized private poolT.he property is set over two floors.

The amazing location, the seclusion and the comfort offered, are making Kalami Sunlight an ideal place for a memorable and relaxing holiday.

Offering brethtaking sea-views and all the comforts of a superior holiday home, Kalami Beach Sunlight Villa is set to impress not only for its location, but also for its charme.

Outside, the infinity-style private swimming pool is set at the side of the villa and is surrounded by a private terrace with 6 sunbeds and parasols. This is the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the views and the boats passing-by. A brick-built barbecue with outdoor shaded dining area is also available for delicious al-fresco meals. Private parking is available within the grounds.

NOTES:

-In response to COVID-19, this property has extended cleaning & disinfection measures & protocols to guarantee the safety of our guests.

-Airconditoning in the sitting room is offered with charge (10€/day). There is no cost for the aircondition in the bedrooms.

-The swimming pool is available for use from April to October.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stamatoula (the owner) a message.

    If Stamatoula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
