Description

Set amongst Avocado & Mango trees with stunning mountain views, Casa Torreta is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Casa Torreta derives its name from the rounded front of the casa that forms part of the lounge area. It has an open lounge and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. 3 good sized bedrooms. 1 twin and 2 doubles, one with en-suite bathroom & all with ceiling fans are well appointed with all you need for a good night's rest. Casa Torreta is accessed via its own private track and sits on the mountain side overlooking the white walled Spanish village of Iznate. There is plenty of space for parking and the property is enclosed by its own wall. To the front of the Casa is a patio with dining table and chairs. The large terrace area around the pool with its loungers is great for relaxing in the sun before a swim in the pool to cool off. The BBQ, fully equipped kitchen & outside seating area are ideal for preparing & eating alfresco. However if you want to eat out many a good restaurant can be found in the nearby towns and villages. For essential supplies Iznate has most things covered and most importantly at least 3 bars within walking distance from the Casa. The area is good for those who like to walk or ride mountain bikes. Iznate has a tennis court and a gardens with exercise equipment to keep you fit. For a bit more excitement or a relax on the beach, Torre del Mar and Nerja are short car drive away. We had an amazing stay at Casa Torreta the villa is beautiful & very well equipped both in & out. The views are amazing looking down onto the white village of Iznate & mountains.

Why can't I call Brian (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brian (the owner) a message.

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
