Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is a veranda with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub. Heron Lodge is a high quality lodge in a great spot for a peaceful break in Scotland.

Town: The village has a line of buildings along the shore, with a hillside behind them. The rest of Kessock is scattered over the hillside and through the woods. Beauly Firth is teeming with wildlife. Dolphins, Redshank, Oystercatcher, Ringed Plover, Dunlin, Curlew and Shelduck and the Common Seal can be seen. In North Kessock, a small marine Wildlife Research Base monitors dolphins and seals through sightings as well as underwater microphones. Pop in and have a listen!
