A small garden in a house and cozy space is what all you need for a vacation in Ho Chi Minh city. Located in the center, so close to the center. You can move by walking or motorbike to explore the city with so many attractions. But it's also hidden away enough to get avoid the noise or a song for the rooster.

The space

The house has a unique architecture with a small garden in the middle of the house. The vintage style makes the house more interested. A kitchen to prepare you home cook and a comfortable desk in the living room to enjoy it. You also can go to balcony to enjoy your meal and your coffee with nice view.

Don't hesitate to ask us any question. We are available to help if you need anything or just need a beer or snack even go around Sai Gon. Come hang out with us in the common area or send us a message if you don’t see us around.

We could help to arrange your visa to Vietnam - On demand, I can arrange motorbike renting for you (it will cost extra). - The key will be given to you.

-Transportation

You must be counfusing a little bit when you arrive to the new city so we want to show you some directions from the airport to our place.(We just have one international airport in our city which is Tan Son Nhat international airport).

It takes about 15 minutes from the airport to our place if we don’t get the traffic jam and we have 3 options for the transportation:

1/ We have a pick up service with the kindly driver and the new 7 seats car (Toyota Fortuner).He will be there when you arrive and hold the board with your name.

2/You can use the normal cab but you just use from 2 company which is the most popular and gruaranted

3/ You can book Uber or Grab because now it is popular in our city and this is the cheapest way.But you should have the internet or the simcard with the internet if you want to book and the driver will call back to you to confirm and it is unconvinient a little bit because the driver isn’t good at English and it’s hard to find each other in the airport.

Everything will be easier when we book from our place to the airport or in the town because we have the detail location and i will be there to help you.

-Walking in the alley and see other neighborhood talk and discuss is always interesting things.

-It's still silent and suitable for guests who want to have a private space and become local people while you stay here.

-Around I have a lot of good restaurants, you just walk 1 minute to them.

-The space around the very quiet and fresh, very suitable for working and enjoying coffee.

-Morning coffe shop crowded lot, distinctive atmosphere Saigon, you will feel the culture coffee Saigon is.

Getting around

-Our location in the downtown of this city,near the main bus station, places which is famous place in the city.

-You can walk from here and don't need to use any transportation.

It will take about 25 minutes from the international airport to our location.

-Our city has enough modern transportation app like UBER or GRAB.

-We also have a motorbike if you want to try new experiment,it's free and you just need charge a gas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
