The Conical House is a 5 bed boutique accommodation that offers a social atmosphere. We are selling the whole 2 bedrooms at the 1st floor.

The Space

Emerge to the culture and live like a local, beside that the house provide all it takes to be comfortable & convenient. We are what we do! we carefully customize every little things to suit our guest needs.

This private suite offers a luxurious queen size bed in spacious private bedroom, including a private en-suite bathroom, natural light from windows, working table and chair, A/C, TV, fridge, hanging shelves and free WiFi.

The cost is including jummy breakfast, laundry and sometimes we provide traditional tea with biscuit in the afternoon or clean your room upon request.

The Neighborhood

Located in the border of main district and quiet area of Saigon, where there are many local foods, bar and local market within walking distance. If you turn to Dien Bien Phu- You see Mc Donald & there is a big bus station where you can go anywhere you want to the North or Da Lat. If you turn to Xo Viet Nghe Tinh and Just over the bridge to Central district 1. The price is ridiculously different than in District Binh Thanh, public Bus available to Ben Thanh Market. This location just on the outskirts of all the tourist activities to be found in District 1. We encourage you to explore the neighborhood for a more authentic Vietnamese Experience

Getting Around

Local metered taxis is cheap. District 1 is a short 1km (US$1) cab ride away, and the airport is 8km away (US$8). Taxis is available for ~15k VND per km, motorbike & taxis are best when you're in a hurry (tell us, we can help you negotiate the price) and cyclos when you want to sit back and take in the breeze.

Many attraction around like History Museum, P(website hidden), Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, Opera House, Independence Hall...

This place located in the area where it can go to Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street - Over the bridge ( Riverside, expats area & Botanic Garden), Dien Bien Phu Street to Bus Station & Public Bus, Nguyen Cuu Van Street (to convenient store SHOP&GO 24/7, Pharmacy, local street foods and traditional market before pass over the bridge). We will provide you a clear map for your exploring.

Other Things to Note

+ There are many activities that you can do, just 3 mins walk you reach Convenient Store SHOP&GO 24/7 and beautiful Church like a Castle. Walk to the riverside in 5 mins and you have play ground for kids to play. General Hospital is 5 mins away. Massage (full body, foot...) in 1 mins walking. Sky Bar is just 5 mins taxi away. The traditional wet market is 5 mins walking and you can use this for your advantage to experience local food and super market is 6 mins by scooter.

+ If you stay during the weekend, I could welcome you more often by showing you around or take you to the Tunnel or Mountain or the Beach as I like adventure and enjoy interacting during long drive.

How do damage deposits work?
