This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the grounds of the Lighthouse Resort in Gulf Shores is an ideal place to experience breath-taking views of the 635-foot private beach, hot tubs, Gulf-view fitness center with sauna and not just one but two private Gulf-front pools. One of the pools is a zero-entry pool with four water sprouts, which is ideal for families with children.

There are numerous nearby dining and entertainment options, including family-friendly and casual seafood restaurants and fine dining places. There are plenty of entertainment options that offer great golfing, tennis, fishing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling and diving. And if you are in the mood for some shopping, there are fantastic outlet malls, art galleries and boutiques only a short ride away.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is ideal for a family vacation or a getaway for two.

You will start your day by looking out from your own private and beach-facing balcony.

This Gulf Shores condo features a fully-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Your master bedrooms are spacious and come with a shower and a large whirlpool tub. The dressing area has his and her vanities with a large walk-in closet. The washer, dryer, cable/satellite TV are also included.

• Parking limited spaces 2 cars maximum. Parking Passes can be purchases onsite. $50 per car/per stay. Working hours: Monday -Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., weekends: 9 a.m. - 6 p. m.

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”

• Please note we don't provide beach towels

• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.

• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.

• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.

• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.

• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.

• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
