Rural property located in the village of Guatiza, including house over 100 years newly renovated, traditional elements that are typical of the architecture of the island, oven, fireplace, farming tools, etc. You can enjoy every morning sunrise, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the wonders of the landscape with its flora and its mountains. In the village is the Tourist Center "Cactus Garden" created by the artist Cesar Manrique. Restaurant-pizzeria, socio-cultural center where you can taste typical dishes, supermarket, etc. From the house a 5-minute drive you can move to an intimate area to swim in the sea. The village is 25 minutes from the airport, where you can visit different parts of the island and Resorts: Mirador del Rio, Jameos del Agua, Cueva de Los Verdes or go on boat ride to the island of Graciosa, the people Teguise to admire its architectural, historical and artistic or tourist area of ​​Costa Teguise where you will find the Golf Course, the Aquapark, restaurants, water sports, windsurfing, diving, etc.

We had five days at this beautiful finca while exploring the north of the island. A very comfortable place to stay with everything catered for. The inside and outside spaces are excellent. It is on a quiet road a few minutes walk from the village centre where you will find a few bars and restaurants. (Try the Teleclub Guatiza at the side of the church. It looks like a creche but at the back there is a bar and a restaurant which serves good meals at good prices.) Our only minor problem was that the large bed was too narrow for us and had a very firm mattress. We used one of the twin rooms and slept very well. I would definitely go back on my next trip to Lanzarote.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If ESTHER (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
