IDEAL FOR GARDEN LOVERS - CLOSE TO ARRIETA BEACH

The property is completely private and independent, with contactless check-in and passport registration (via an App). A new cleaning regime ensures the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays with a 24 hour empty period inbetween.

Part of a 300 year old former farmhouse Finca Botanico has been fully renovated and offers stylish and comfortable accommodation for two people in an idyllic and tranquil edge of village location.

The property is entirely independent of the rest of the Finca, ensuring total peace and privacy for guests and is located in Guatiza, just five minutes drive from the popular yet unspoiled beach at Arrieta and five minutes’ walk from Cesar Manrique´s world famous cactus garden.

Finca Botanico boasts a beautiful private courtyard garden which is packed with mature tropical plants, and divided into different chill out areas with comfortable seating, barbecue and an outdoor shower. Enabling guests to relax in style and enjoy a real feeling of outdoor living and a connection with the surrounding countryside.

Whilst internally the property has been furnished and decorated to a high standard, offering guests free high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV and a wood burner for winter nights. Beach towels are provided as well as bath towels and linen.

The property has a large sitting room, with high ceilings and large double patio doors which open onto the garden, bringing the outdoors in. Guests can relax on the new three seat sofa and gaze out into the garden. There's an indoor seating area for two here, as well as a log burning stove and a wall mounted smart TV. Doors lead from here to the bedroom and bathroom, whilst the brand new fully equipped kitchen overlooks the garden too.

The bathroom is brand new, marble tiled and boasts a good quality shower as well as plenty of natural light. We provide guests with bath towels as well as towels for use outdoors or at the beach.

The bedroom has a very comfortable new queen size double bed, built in wardrobes, side tables and lamps and two windows with shutters and great views to the countryside.

The village of Guatiza retains an authentic rural and unspoiled character and El Botanico is surrounded by fields where local farmers cultivate a variety of produce. A supermarket, cash point, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk of the property, with wonderful scenery and plenty of delightful country walks right on the doorstep.

“Perfect”

We are extremely happy here in this glorious finca with its beautiful garden. We came for sunshine, peace and rest and this place ticks every box and more. Gaby is lovely and we plan to come back again next year. Lovely scenery and great walks, and good road and bus links.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gaby (the owner) a message.

If Gaby (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
