From the owner

This beautiful villa is situated in Guadalmina , near to the Guadalmina Golf Club and only 3 km. from the beach. The lovely enclosed garden offers complete privacy. The villa has a very typical Spanish rustikal character and is furnished rustikal.

Los Olivos comprises two floors. The entrance is on the first floor. The entrance hall leads into the spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The adjoining dining room seats 8. The spacious fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. Fully equipped American style kitchen, with a great salon and dining room.

There is a guest toilet. Further on this floor a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

On the lower floor, on garden level, there are three double bedrooms. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the other two share one bathroom. All bedrooms open onto the garden and swimming pool.

The lounge opens onto a large covered terrace with comfortable terrace furniture and a large dining table with chairs for al fresco dining. There is a gas BBQ.

The terrace commands beautiful views of the surroundings. Steps lead down from the terrace to the garden with pool. The swimming pool (11 x 4,5 m) has roman steps and a pool shower. Near to the swimminpool is a Jacuzzi for 4 person, pool and jacuzzi heated on the autumn / winter season. The garden is a delight with lots of mediterranean plants and trees.

The villa has airconditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms. Wireless internet access. There is parking space for 4 cars. There 6 Golf Club courses Guadalmina, El Paraiso, Atalaya, Las Brisas, La Quinta and Aloha Golf Club

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Luis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
