From the owner

Nestled on the secluded peninsula of Butte a l’herbe, our recently-built beach house offers uninterrupted views over the five northern islets, Coin De Mire, Flat Island, Ilot Gabriel, Round Island and Snake Island.

Designed in a contemporary style, this beach abode has an open-plan living space, with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and a living room which offers a direct access to the beachfront terrace and private swimming pool.

The first floor has two air-conditioned en-suites, fitted with comfortable double-beds, spacious bathrooms and offering ocean views.

It has a garden, direct beach access and an alfresco, feet-in-the sand dining area.

This little piece of heaven has been named ‘’Jolly’s Rock’” after our late father, that we affectionately nicknamed ‘’Jolly Roger’’ and because of a big volcanic rock that has always been on the property.

We are two brothers renting this unique beach house, which used to be the home of our father. We do not live onsite and we regularly spend the weekends with our family in the adjacent beach home. We are helpful and respectful of all people, so don't hesitate to ask us any questions that you may have.

Come and have the best time of your life in this authentic beach rustic house. You will never stop starring at the view and will be totally relaxed!
Enjoy your holiday on the beach, the sea or by doing some barbecue on the terasse while looking at the beautiful view.

The unique rules of the house is that it is located in a private family compound which is quiet so I will ask you to respect the neighbours and also to respect our house as it is yours.

Please also smoke outside.

Why can't I call Jollys (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jollys (the owner) a message.

If Jollys (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
