Immaculate four bedroom townhouse set in middle of Marbella’s fabulous Golden Mile on sandy Casablanca Beach in the superb gated beach side community of Marbellamar. This lovely townhouse has been reformed by the current owners to provide stunning, spacious and superbly well-appointed accommodation over three floors and is just a few meters from one of the undoubtedly one of the best beaches on the coast and set in the heart of Marbella's prestigious Golden Mile. Here you can chill out and relax or rub shoulders with the rich and famous depending on your mood.

To the east and within easy walking distance along the Paseo Maritimo (beach promenade) is the trendy port and charming old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants A few hundred meters to the west is the world famous Marbella Club and a little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, perfect for rubbing shoulders with celebrities and boasting an array of top quality bars and restaurants, three of which have Michelin stars. The world famous Puerto Banus, the hang out of the rich and famous with it’s superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little way further on.

Casa Bella is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.

The property has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and updating and the accommodation provided is elegant and luxurious. There is a superbly equipped kitchen with every conceivable facility even down to a Nespresso coffee machine! The lounge and separate dining area is congenial and elegant with French doors that lead to a private west facing terrace with a comfortable seating area and outdoor dining table and chairs. The terrace can be covered if shade is required. Also on the ground floor is the smallest bedroom with a single bed that rolls out into a double if required and a bath with shower over which also serves as a guest cloakroom. Outside of the kitchen is a separate yard with utility area which is east facing and therefore perfect for a sunny breakfast. There is even a sea view from the kitchen!

On the first floor is a huge master bedroom with separate dressing area and well-appointed walk-in shower room. French doors lead from the Master Bedroom onto a Juliette balcony with sea views. Two other large and well decorated twin/double bedrooms on this floor share a family shower-room.

On the upper level is an enormous (100 m2) partially covered roof terrace with panoramic views to the mountains, gardens and sea; it has a gas BBQ and is perfect for Al Fresco dining and chilling out whilst watching the sun set and rise (if you are awake that early!).

For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coast. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Bella have use of the private community swimming pool (open in the warmer months only) and paddle and tennis courts. Casa Bella is within five hundred meters of thee of the best restaurants on the coast, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities, there are over thirty restaurants within a ten minute walk of the front door.

We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.

As one would expect with a property of this quality, there is air-conditioning throughout. We provide a weekly maid service and linen change but for those that require a daily or more regular service or a cook/housekeeper then this can be provided for an additional charge.

Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
