Premium 4 bedroom family villa centrally located offers total privacy in 7.000 sqm. fenced private property yet close to all the amenities. Near to the picturesque Benitses resort and in a short drive from well-known beaches and areas of the island this place is the perfect starting point for your holiday


The outdoor space comes with the fenced, fitted with olive and fruit trees manicured gardens where is positioned the stone-paved pool area. The inviting private pool, the whirlpool spa, and the relaxing sitting area under the gazebo offer moments of serenity and relaxation. Parasols, sun loungers shaded by olive trees, and an outdoor shower are provided. On the lazy wooden hammock, you can enjoy relaxing views while the undercovered BBQ with outside dining furnishing is waiting to share moments of joy with your family and friends. If you want to totally unwind your mind by nature sounds and get to know the greek fauna by rejuvenating nature walks among olive trees, oaks, cypresses, wild vegetation, the seven-acre private property is perfectly accessible and safe.

Interior Space

The spacious and quirky designed interior spanning 3 levels is airy and bright with open plan areas, impressive roofs, and dominant decorative elements of wood and stone.

GROUND FLOOR- Living area - Kitchen - Main Bathroom

An open plan area features the living area with a comfortable corner sofa, an artistic table,wall-mounted satellite TV, and a corner fireplace. Next to this area comes the contemporary kitchen equipped with all the modern devices such as dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a breakfast table for 6. Last but not least the main bathroom with a massive corner bath, built-in wardrobes, a washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer,s and ironing facilities cleaning and disinfection products.

MEZZANINE- Dining area and Bedroom 1

On this level a spacious dining area featuring a table for 8 and the first double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom can be found. Both spaces have direct access to the patio.


The top floor is occupied by two bedrooms accessed by their own staircase and with a private balcony both. Bedroom 2 comes with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom while Bedroom 3 is a Twin Bedroom with two single contemporary beds converted into a king-size bed.

All the bedrooms are equipped with AC, ceiling fans, patio doors, and windows with mosquito nets.


The studio is self-contained and features a relaxing lounge, a double bed space a well-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. As it is located on the lower garden level it enjoys direct access to the pool

Villa Claire is an eco-friendly villa and runs entirely on solar power so it's recommended to use the appliances found in the house. During your stay, the whole house is at your disposal.
