Located on the Black Sea coast at the southern end of Sunny Beach, close to the historic village of Nessebar, the Royal Dreams is a purpose-built penthouse holiday apartment complex. It boasts enviable positions just a very short walk from the resorts 8 km stretch of clean white sandy beach, sand-dune nature reserve, clear tide-less sea and close to many wonderful varied bars and restaurants.

All with breathtaking panoramic sea views and mountain ranges or magnificent pool views. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular and the air is clear.

In addition, there are two communal pools one specifically for very young children and sunbathing around the pools adjacent is the bar restaurant. Royal Dreams is only 300 meters from the beautiful, naturally preserved beach. The beach is accessed though the preserved sand dunes to a gently sloping beach to the warm, tide-less sea. The sea is very shallow, calm and not salty - perfect for young children.

The modern equipped Royal Dreams apartment is entered through a spacious hallway from which access is gained to the bedroom, the family bathroom and the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area.

One bedroom has a double bed, the other having a sofa bed. The bathroom has modern WC, wash hand basin and an enclosed shower cubicle.

The Bedroom is fitted with dressing table and mirror, double wardrobe, and two bedside tables with lamps.

Perfectly located between the southern aspect of Sunny Beach and contrasting Nessebar. The immediate area with its bars ranging from atmospheric piano bars and outdoor cocktail bars alongside an array of restaurants, nightclubs, shops and also within easy reach of bustling Sunny Beach Centre.

Conveniently located only 5 minutes away is the quiet historical town of Nessebar Old Town with a choice seaside or cliffside fish and meat restaurants.

Contrasting, Nessebar New Town's night-life boasts lively bars, discos, nightclubs and restaurants. The beautiful beaches and dunes, the widest stretch in Sunny Beach, have been given the Blue Flag Award for condition, are preserved and are only a short walking distance from the Royal Dreams and Blue Marine apartments.

The largest theme park in Bulgaria is the Aqua Park, a free 5 minute bus ride away. There are also a myriad of activities for all the family in Sunny Beach and Nessebar, accommodating tourists or holidaymakers and are suitable for all ages of those both looking for a relaxing break or those looking for a lively, energetic holiday.

The complex has beautiful pools surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. The pools are in full sunshine from morning until early evening. There are also separate children's pools and play areas, which are well positioned, within the complex grounds.

The complexes extensively stocked supermarket next door is open throughout the season all your living essentials including food, water, soft and alcoholic drinks, confectionery, toys and inflatables as do the surrounding shops out side the complexes.

Mobility Access:
There are wheelchair ramps to the ground floors and lifts to all our apartments. All on-site facilities are at ground floor level and accessible. Regular mini-trains run between Nessebar and Sunny Beach Central. Stops are ideally situated and run frequently. There are also an abundance of buses and local taxis.

Father Ted's Bar and Restaurant in the Royal Dreams and the bar and restaurant in Blue Marine offers a wide range of food including breakfasts, snacks, meals and deserts, all at very reasonable prices. Both offer an extensive menu of cocktails (some bizarre!!) plus all the usual drinks at the bars. Enjoy your drinks and meals in the comfortable indoor or outdoor seating areas or keep cool by the pool bars.

Royal Dreams and Blue Marine are very private with attractive gardens and 24 hour security. There are reception areas where you can find resort information or just relax on the comfortable leather sofas.
