;Superb location this 2bed/2bath garden apartment sleeps up to 6 and has marble floors throughout and new fitted kitchen and 2 bathrooms, offers very comfortable accommodation, set in mature gardens and close to all amenities. The apartment is located only a short drive of 12 -15 minutes from Puerto Banus and Marbella, and only 7 klms from The wonderful beaches of Estepona. There are local beaches within 5-10 minutes walk of the apartment and the shops, bars and cosmopolitan restaurants are within easy walking.
The large lounge/dining room opens onto the Sunny South facing terrace which is also well furnished with sunbeds and many extras. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and the guest bedroom can be partitioned with a double sofa bed if needed. Both bathrooms are recently refurbished and it has just had a new fitted kitchen.
The South facing terrace overlooks the private gardens, and the apartment has a sunny South facing patio with sunbeds and dining facilities.

In order to reserve the apartment a 15% non refundable booking deposit is required by return in order to reserve this apartment. The 85% balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
We also require a £300.00 security bond / damage which is refunded in accordance with the booking conditions. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday. and 7 days after the return of the keys, ( no damage in the property) within 7-14 days we will return the security bond. We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property.;

Fantasic for the family holiday, As its set in delightful surroundings easy for getting around to the shops and restaurants and with private car parking it offers great a holiday base for discovering the area. Its located close to the beaches, many are drive on and have beach bars and restaurants. Lots to do in the area, as the location is close to all facilities, Estepona, San Pedro Marbella & Puerto Banus.
The master bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes ample storage, with a superb en-suite bathroom. The Guest bedroom is also well equipped with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space, there is also a partition for separating part of the room, so suitable for a mixed family. this room also has french doors opening onto the sunny terrace.The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with many extras. The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation, as it location is close to all amenities and has air- conditioning and heating and Fans.

The well maintained mature gardens are laid to lawns with mature flowering shrubs, access from the guest bedroom and the lounge through the opening patio doors.
The whole complex is well cared for and maintained, suitable for all age groups and children. We provide our guests with sunbed towels for use during the stay. We have a dedicated private parking area for El Paraiso /Patio Alcornocal guests so parking is made easy. This owners apartment has a sun garden furnished with sunbeds for your use and also a very nice terrace for alfresco dining.
