Casa Maria, Faro Park, is a luxury detatched bungalow in Montana Roja, Playa Blanca.

Casa Maria provides the perfect setup for relaxing , quiet and peaceful holiday.

The property occupies an impressive size corner plot with a large south facing private terrace, perfect for sunbathing and swimming.

The property has all the home comforts you would expect, having been furnished to a very high standard to give you and your family the perfect holiday they deserve and be a true home from home.

Sun worshippers can make the most of terrace and enjoy the all year round sunshine. The private pool is heated to a constant 28 degrees all year round.

There is a selection of seating options in the garden including rattan sun loungers, rattan sofa and rattan armchairs.

For those who prefer some shade there are also shaded seating areas for sitting and dining.

There is a large communal pool which is accessible to all guests.

Casa Maria has marble floors throughout with high ceilings which provides a cool environment when a break from the sun is called for. Louvered shutters to the bedroom windows also provide a welcome flow of cool air during the hotter summer months.

A local supermarket for essentials is less than a 2 minute walk away and all of the facilities at Faro Park including the cosmopolitan array of cafes, bars and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk.

Casa Maria’s lounge area has high speed wifi and a TV package which has over 100 English channels and a 50" flat screen TV. There is also a Bluetooth sound system to allow you to listen to your favourite music.

Casa Maria has been tiled in marble throughout which creates a cool airy feeling. The living room comes equipped with a 50" Flat screen TV, DVD, Bluetooth SoundDock HI-FI and a large selection of DVD films for all ages.

Casa Maria has high speed wifi, Internet TV which provides over 100 English channels and a 50" flat screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.

The separate utility room houses a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Large patio doors from the living room and from the master bedroom both lead out onto the beautiful private terrace and heated swimming pool area.

Casa Maria is an ideal base for those who want tranquility but also easy access to the: shops, restaurants and bars in both Faro Park and Playa Blanca centre.

A fantastic outside dining area, with seating for 6-8 people which provides a great way to enjoy an evening meal or BBQ with a bottle of wine.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rosemarie (the owner) a message.

If Rosemarie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
