A wonderful Mediterranean house located on the beautiful Gaeta coast.
The house (an hold farm) has been recently refurbished with smart furniture, the architecture is old and peculiar thanks to the use of floors made of local stones.
The house is on two levels. On ground floor has one bedroom and a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed (for a total of 4 beds), one bathroom with shower and one fully-equipped kitchen . A sunny bedroom (queen bed) with stunning sea views and a bathroom on first floor and a large terrace on second floor. A little dependence has another bedroom with a kitchen corner and a bathroom.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people, but is really perfect for 6. There is also a large fenced garden with olive and fruit trees, (about 1.500 sqm) where it is possible to spend quiet evenings during the summer period. In the garden deckchairs, hammocks, tables and an open air kitchen with barbecue are also available.
The house has a large private parking.

The Lazio region
The house is located half way between Rome and Naples on a beautiful coast full of white sand beaches and rocks.
Ideal point to visit Rome or Naples without living in chaos of the big city.
This area was once the richest part of Italy and the remains of the tombs and carvings of the great Etruscan civilisation are magnificent works of art. It could take a lifetime to peel away the layers of history in Rome, the eternal city. Visitors can explore the Palatine, with its temples and monuments, and the Forum, the centre of ancient Rome.
The Colosseum looms over the city, remaining the symbol of Rome. At the heart of modern Rome, the best designer shopping is on offer at the foot of the Spanish Steps. The Pantheon remains the best-preserved ancient building in Rome. A whole day should be devoted to exploring Vatican City, the smallest nation in the world. Saint Peter’s square and cathedral are vast monuments to papal power, and the Vatican museums house works by Raphael as well as the Sistine Chapel, Michaelango’s great work....
Gaeta is a small city set on a promontory stretching towards the Gulf of Gaeta, it is 120 km from Rome and 80 km from Naples.
The town has played a conspicuous part in military history: its fortifications date back to Roman times, and it has several traces of the period, including the first-century mausoleum of the Roman general Lucius Munatius Plancus at the top of the Monte Orlando.
Gaeta's fortifications were extended and strengthened in the 15th century, and indeed throughout the history of the Kingdom of Naples (later the Two Sicilies). Nowadays Gaeta is a fishing and oil seaport, and a renowned tourist resort.
