Featuring a 2 bedrooms / 2 baths luxury apartment in a luxury building in Torreblanca – Fuengirola. You will be amazed by the direct view of the Mediterranean Sea, from the apartment’s large 3rd floor terrace. Did we mention that this ritzy residential complex is right on the beach?

The secured building is located off Ocean Avenue, across the street from the boardwalk. There is a grocery store just one block away, and many good restaurants are lining the avenue. Downtown Fuengirola is about 20 minutes by foot, giving you the choice to rent a car in Spain… or not. If you decide for a car, free parking is available around the building.

The community has a swimming pool, in case the sea gets too stormy or a little chilly.

The Apartment :

The place can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children. All necessities are provided for your perfect stay.

The living room is modern and well furnished, with two large leather sofas, air conditioning, and a full entertainment center. Wireless Internet is also included. You have a direct view to the sea from the large living room, however we suggest that you push open the sliding-doors and enjoy the adjacent huge balcony.

Both bedrooms offer comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and each comes with its own bathroom. They can be separately heated if necessary.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full set of appliances and all necessary kitchenware.

The apartment is very accessible even without a car. Malaga international airport is about half-an-hour train ride away (one-way train tickets euros 2.10). From the Torreblanca train station, a short walk towards the sea takes you to the apartment building. Alternatively, the taxi ride to the airport is about 40 euros.

Fantastic apartment. Superb location. Couldn't have asked for more. Bob was so helpful from start to finish. Had a wonderful stay at 3d beach apartment. Definitely be back as often as possible.

Regarding the building, I understand as during this specific period the administration engaged some façade renovations. I’m not aware about the odor, maybe you can be a bit more specific. Was this coming because of the construction material they used during restoration? The apartment is on the 3rd floor, in the front of the sea and there is no nearby restaurant or anything else that can influence the odor. I’d love to hear back from you and please keep in touch. How do damage deposits work?

If Bob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
