From the owner

This beautiful, marble floored apartment first became available to rent in August 2014 and has proved to be a big hit with all the guests that have stayed in it so far. The apartment is located just a short distance from the train station, local bus services and all amenities. Fabulous, sunny, community pool which has just been refurbished. The AstroTurf is pleasant underfoot and the addition of benches and some nice flower planters make the area even better than before! The apartment is in a secure, quiet, residential block, with a lift and has sea views.

I highly recommend using the train direct from Malaga airport to Torreblanca station for your arrival and departure and I offer a FREE collection and drop off service, should you wish to travel in this way. For any flights that are too late or too early for the train, I offer an airport service at a very reasonable rate. If you would like any further information regarding this service or would like to know the train timetable, just get in touch, I'm happy to answer any inquiries.

If you arrive by car or decide to hire a car, there are parking spaces in front of the apartment block.

The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, bedside lamps, hairdryer, fitted wardrobes and drawers. An iron, ironing board and washing hanger are all provided and there is a safe.

The fully equipped, American style kitchen has an oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, cafetiere, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, new washing machine and a wonderful built in breakfast bar. The lounge is air conditioned, has a comfortable sofa, bar stools for the breakfast bar, 32 inch TV, English TV channels (many with Catch Up available), DVD player, CD/Radio/Cassette player and coffee table. I have just upgraded the internet to Fibre Optics - so you will benefit from great, free WiFi - minimum 100Mbps. The lounge leads out on to the patio with table and chairs - perfect for enjoying a relaxing breakfast in the sun. 2 sun loungers and deck chairs are also provided.

If you're looking for some home comforts - very close by there are some great English owned bars, that all serve food, have WiFi and show all the sports and even the soaps!

There is a fabulous Spanish supermarket less than 10 minutes walk away that provides one of the most extensive and good value range of English products in this area. A short walk of around 600 meters takes you to the beach and many Spanish and International bars and restaurants ensuring that a wide variety of tastes and cuisines are catered for.

The bathroom has a shower/bath, WC, sink and bidet.

The local council have just created a lovely little recreation area with mature Olive trees benches and even has some exercise machines for anyone keen on keep fit! It makes a nice little stop off on the way back to the apartment.


Please do not hesitate to contact me regarding the current situation and the laws specific to Andalusia. After each guest has left, my apartment is cleaned and treated with government recommended disinfectants. I provide hand sanitiser for your use during your stay and will provide up to date information prior to and on your arrival.

I am always available if you need me or just want some extra information. If you have any problems during your stay, just let me know and I will do everything I can to resolve them as quickly as possible. If travelling from outside Spain you are advised to carry photocopies of your passports in case something happens to the original. I would also strongly recommend that anyone holding a valid EHIC, also carries a photocopy of that AND your passport together on the same page. This is necessary if you need to see a doctor through the Spanish state system. If you do, whenever possible I will take you there and translate for you. Your EHIC can be used in Spain until the 31/12/2020.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barbara (the owner) a message.

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
