Beachfront apartment in Carvajal Beach with a big shared swimming pool and a 25 sq. meters south facing private terrace with direct sea views.

Distance to beach: 10 meters.

This is a very comfortable apartment for a couple or for a family of 4 people located in the 2nd floor of a first line beach building.

The private large terrace has folding awnings, so during the day becomes another room of the house increasing the living space.

The bedroom has a a ceiling fan and one king size bed of 150 cm. and the lounge also has a doble size sofa bed for 2 people.

The apartment also has a 32 inch flat screen TV and a satellite receiver with hundred of International TV Channels (BBC, SKY news, CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg, Arte, etc.).

The apartment has a wonderful private terrace of 25 square meters overviewing the beach, the sea, the gardens and the pool.

It is also equipped with outdoor table, chairs and a lounger for sunbathing in complete privacy.

The resort pool is open during all the days of the year from 10:00 am to 22:00 pm. It is surrounded by gardens and benches to sit and enjoy the cool or read a good book quietly.

There is free public parking at the entrance of the resort (in summer is hard to park during the day, so we offer the option of enclosed parking (outdoor) with fixed parking reserved for 5 Euros per day).

The apartment is located just in front of the Carvajal Beach, one of the best beach in the Costa del Sol awarded with the Blue Flag as an indication of its high environmental and water quality standards.

The beach is great and in summer is not so crowded as the center of Fuengirola´s beach. Its fine sand and being able to walk out to sea for a long distance without water you cover, make this beach one of the best. It has showers, bins and for your security (from May to October) a lifeguard hut which operates from 10:00 am to 20:00 pm just in front of the complex.

The urban bus runs every 30 minutes (the bus stop is 1 minute walking).

The commuter train has two stops, the Torreblanca stop or the Carvajal stop (both are 5 minutes walk). The train runs every 20 minutes.

Shopping: Many supermarkets within 8 minutes walking.

Restoration: several bars of "pescaito and tapas" on the beach with very good quality and affordable prices in front of the apartment and a hundred of international restaurants 10 minutes walking.

Pets: For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness no pets are permitted.

The neighborhood is very quiet urbanization and friendly.

The area is very peaceful and quiet at night, but if you want to fly, you have plenty of pubs and disco-pubs 10 minutes walking from the apartment.

For your security the complex has a concierge during the day.

The apartment has a hairdryer at the disposal of guests.

Private Transfer: We offer to our guests an exclusive high end private transfer service from Malaga Airport to our apartment (a 30 per cent cheaper than the regular taxi service). This service must be request in advance when confirming the booking.

The Costa del Sol region

Located 30 km southwest of the city of Malaga, the town of Fuengirola bordered to the north by the municipalities of Benalmádena and Mijas, with the latter term also limits to the west and south . At this bathes the Mediterranean Sea.

The coastal strip of the town of Fuengirola is generally low, with an altitude ranging between 0 and 5 m, other neighborhoods of Los Pacos, and Yeseras Torreblanca and Carvajal, located north in a hilly area. Southwest, the border of the town of Mijas what is the Fuengirola River, flowing into the city. The territory is also crossed by other courses and sporadic torrential water coming down from the Sierra de Mijas. “Great location and nice apartment.”

The location was superb. The apartment is practically on the beach - only the pool and road separates them. There are numerous restaurants and bars along the beach front within 10 minutes walk in both directions from the apartment, which was great as we ate out every evening. Also there were two grocery shops within 15 minutes walk from the apartment - one in each direction along the coast. The balcony was huge with a table and two sun beds. The only issue was that during the day it got way too hot up there, which is why we preferred to spend the middle of the day on the beach as there was more of a breeze. The beach was lovely. It was very clean and the tide didn't come too far up the shore. It did, however, get rather busy over the weekend when all the locals turned up but that didn't stop us enjoying it. At around 5pm everyday we sat by the pool for a couple of hours, which was never too busy. As for inside the apartment there was everything we needed apart from wifi. Even though the owners said wifi is available outside down by the pool, we could never find it or connect to it. This was only a mild inconvenience as most of the bars and restaurants let you use the wifi if you buy something to eat or drink there. The kitchen and living room were a bit small but this didn't bother us as we spent most of the holiday out in the sun and never cooked any of our meals. Also the bedroom was very difficult to keep cool at night due there only being one window there and that opens out to the building hallway, not outside. There was a ceiling fan and portable fan, but they didn't make much difference and the room was quite stuffy and warm most nights. However, having said that the bed was very comfortable and we managed to sleep well every night. On the Saturday we went to Malaga for the day and it only cost €7.20 for two return tickets. We looked around the castle, which offered some spectacular views of the city, and the palace gardens - again tickets were quite cheap (about €7 for both). We also had some very nice tapas in the centre too. I would definitely recommend visiting Malaga, it is only about 40 minutes on the train and there are two stations 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Overall I would definitely recommend this to any couple who wants to spend a week relaxing on the south coast of Spain without spending too much.
