Villa Maura is a detached house in a dominant position over a green valley with a fantastic pool. Villa Maura has 2 bedrooms and is the perfect accommodation to combine sightseeing in Tuscany and relax with family and frends. It is ideally positioned near Lucca and between Pisa and Florence.

Villa Maura is in a little holiday home complex, with wonderful pool and large garden. On the ground floor there is a large room, dining and living with TV and sofas and a separate, complete kitchen full of light. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: 'Camera Oro', a double bedroom with walk-in closet and balcony and 'Camera Argento' with 3 single beds that can be arranged according to your wishes. There are 3 bathroom with shower or whirlpool tub. In the basement there are the ping pong rooma and the laundry room. Outside: shared stunning swimming pool (5x12mt) with sunshade, 2 sunchairs and a little table, your private patio/garden with chairs, tables and BBQ for alfresco relax and meals with your family or friends.

Given its location, Villa Maura offers a stay in the sign of the art, relaxation, nature and good food. You can easily visit the most famous art cities: Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Siena, visit Pinocchio Park with your children, laze by the pool, relax while the cool breeze rises from the valley, dine at dusk immersed in the wonderful landscape, walk the foot paths of the nearby park or be cuddled by massages and spa waters of Montecatini Terme. In the evening you can have a good time going to concerts, dance festivals or enjoy a genuine yummy dinner. At walking distance there is a pizzeria / restaurant, within a radius of 5 kms you can find: restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, shops of all kinds, banks with ATM, post office, pharmacy and more (even a grocery shop, pizzeria, tobacconist, cafè at el open from 4 AM to 1AM!).

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Tiziana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
