Nestled on 5.5 acres in the heart of Franklin, TN, Cabin Creek Farm is just 3 miles from Main Street and 20 minutes to Nashville. A unique property that is "away from it all" yet "close to everything." Perfect for families, couples, or small corporate meetings. The beautiful outdoor garden with stone patio includes seating for 6 around the fire pit, a picnic table for 8, and a lovely herb garden. The large open concept living/dining/kitchen is perfect for gathering with friends, family, and coworkers. There are 2 king bedrooms and a double queen bedroom. Upon request an extra full bed can be set up in the master downstairs. We also have a pack-n-play upon request. Sleeps 8-10 comfortably. There is also a Cottage house on property that Sleeps 3. It is available for an additional nightly rate and is also rented separately. It is the perfect mother-in-law suite, and a great space for additional guests. Why can't I call Melissa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Melissa (the owner) a message.

If Melissa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
