New in 2016, Windsor at Westside is a gated vacation rental community close to Disney featuring an 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse with the Tu Casa Bar & lounge, market & deli, video arcade, sundries shop & fitness center. Other fantastic amenities such as a playground, volleyball court & multi-purpose sports courts. Best of all is the large resort-style pool with lazy river, water playground with slides, cabanas and tiki bar! This luxury vacation home is just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom and Orlando's world-famous attractions, shopping, and dining.

This home is situated just quarter of a mile from the fantastic community pool and clubhouse. Pull into the driveway and get ready for your fulfilled vacation. The home offers a little something for everyone. Located on the first floor of this band newly constructed home you will find a grand foyer that welcomes you into this beautifully decorated home. Walk into the open living area complete with large plush sofas surrounding the large flat screen tv complete with Blu-ray player. The large fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances makes dinner a fun family event. A large king master bedroom with en-suite and a bedroom with a queen size bed are also located on the first floor.

A large den meets you as you walk to the second floor. A full-size billiards table, along with a large flat screen tv complete with Blu-ray player, Xbox One, wet bar and card table makes rainy days, or any day enjoyable. A king size master suite complete with en-suite, Two queen beds, and a Mickey themed room with bunk beds complete the second floor.

After a long day of Orlando attraction filled fun come home, and jump in the sparking blue waters of your own private pool complete with spill over spa. A large screened covered patio complete with outside tables, and seating allows for relaxing in the sun, or unwinding from your days at the park. All this and more just minutes from the heart of everything that the area has to offer.

The clubhouse pool will be closing for a period of 17 days (SEPTEMBER 6- SEPTEMBER 22) Re-opening September 23rd. This closure will be to refurbish and repair our children's play area.

Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation

This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.

Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.

Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.

The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.

Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
