After a day of enjoying all that Florida has to offer, come home to this beautiful, newly re-decorated 3 bedroom, 3 full bath non-smoking townhouse with private splash pool and a conservation view. The fully air-conditioned luxury home is located in the family-friendly, gated Windsor Palms resort community with 24 hour security guard. It is less than 3 miles from Disney, and close to restaurants, shopping, and many other attractions. It is perfectly designed for your family's comfort and enjoyment.

The open floor plan on the first floor includes a leather sleeper sofa in the living room, leather recliner chair, and a 55' LCD HD Smart TV with cable and DVD player. We have a dining table large enough for your family to enjoy a meal together, as well as additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to cook a wonderful meal or enjoy take-out from one of the many local restaurants. We also have complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access. Free local and long-distance phone calls are included.

This home includes three beautifully decorated bedrooms, that all have adjoining full bathrooms with hair dryers. The downstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV. It also has a third bedroom upstairs with two twin beds, flat screen TV, DVD player, and a Playstation 2 for the kids to enjoy (please bring your own games). Also upstairs is a washer/dryer for your convenience. All linens, blankets, and towels are provided.

When it's time to cool down, enjoy the private, screened-in lanai with optionally heated splash pool, privacy walls on the sides and a beautiful conservation view in the back, providing complete privacy with no rear neighbours. To protect our youngest guests, the doors leading onto the pool deck has been equipped with safety locks and alarms, and there is a removable safety fence located on the pool deck. Or, head over to the nearby clubhouse to enjoy the many amenities that Windsor Palms has to offer, including an Olympic size swimming pool, private gym, hot tub, playground, tennis & volleyball courts, pool tables, video games, movie theatre, mini mart, bar and grill and much more!

Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.

The pool can be heated upon request and for an additional charge of $25 per night. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entitre stay to avoid being charged extra for a trip fee.

Pool heat will be set up to turn on in the morning and switch off late in the afternoon. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late in the afternoon. At best ...the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp.

Cool nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
