Surrounded by nature trails and close to lakes and a state park, this fabulous location affords you peace and quiet along with the convenience of being only minutes from all the amenities, supermarkets and restaurants you could want.

Disney World is only 15 minutes away and access to all of Orlando’s attractions 1 mile away.

Our newly refurbished Villa can comfortably accommodate 12 in its five bedrooms which are all equipped with brand new flat screen cable TV and Roku

Three of the bedrooms are attractively themed, to excite your appetite for the theme parks.

A Harry Potter room with two supremely comfortable single beds.

Celebrate the new Star wars park in our new Star Wars room with bunk beds and photographic back drop for all those selfies, .

The queen size Disney room also has a photo back drop and soft toys. The two master bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Two of the bathrooms and other areas of the of this single level home have been discerningly adapted and equipped to help those dealing with reduced mobility of all levels.

The adaptations by a physiotherapist/clinical specialist and occupational therapist allow access throughout the home and are the first stage of a elegant remodeling program.

Thought has been given to those with temporary as well as more permanent issues, and a cupboard has been equipped with a number of accessibility aids that can be easilly installed as required. This will prevent the need to hire equipment while still allowing everyone to enjoy their holiday.

The kitchen and laundry facility (save on the luggage fees) are equipped with Maytag, General Electric and Whirlpool appliances. All are professionally cleaned after each stay.

The vaulted ceilings of the large living and formal dining area reflect the spaciousness of the house overall, (2903 sq/ft under air conditioning plus pool and deck).

Your entertainment is ensured with all the brand new features of the house from the fully equipped air-condition and insulated games room, to the large flat screen LCD Smart TVs and Xbox with over 50 games

If you prefer something more relaxing you can sit back to listen to the new stereo centre with I pod docking and Smartphone/MP3 port. Free WI FI and phone calls within USA and Canada are also provided.

The home is child friendly throughout with only 1 step into the games room, high chair, fold up crib and play pen along with the park pack and push chair.

Security has not been forgotten with multi stage security to the outside areas including multiple and child proof locks, alarms and a non climbable security fence around the south-west facing 35 foot, nightlit pool. In case of emergencies a life ring has also been supplied.

Your relaxation is ensured with our five person ultraviolet lit Hot tub.

To cap off the al fresco experience a four burner gas grill (small fee for gas and cleaning) placed within the furnished and screened lanai..

The whole of the outside area is surrounded by a high privacy fence ensuring you cannot be overlooked.

The house is accessed by coded lock, On payment of balance I send an in depth arrivals letters and information pack. I am always available by e mail to answer any questions, and make suggestions. My long standing management company is available to attend to any issues 24/7. Over the last three years we have worked very hard and re-invested any profits into the home, Some of the refurbishments include: Repainting the house inside and out. Brand new and bigger energy efficient AC. Completely re-surfacing the pool and a new deck area Brand new Pool Heater Upgrades to the Hot tub Brand new floor tiles/Re-carpeting inside New linens through out New Grill Games room. Thanks for the feedback, I am sorry but a little surprised you had problem with the cable instructions. Simply because we send you over 50 information files about the house utilities and instructions for using them, area information, information about the parks and maps in addition to the 11 page arrivals letter. The instructions for use is also attached to the tv stand in two places. However I gather you contacted our management company, who came over and showed you how to use the cable and the Roku sticks. I will certainly look into, how we can make this easier for guests. Thank you again for staying with us, Paul

How do damage deposits work?

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
