Casa de Peruzzi is a beautiful and central apartment in the historic center of Florence, recently refurbished. The apartment is located in a historic house dating back to the end of 1200. It is located in Palazzo Peruzzi and is accessed by one of the main streets of the historic center, via dei Benci. The location is strategic for those who want to enjoy the best the city: the Uffizi are 350 m walk, Palazzo Vecchio is at 400m, the Basilica of Santa Croce is at 160m, 800m to the Cathedral and Piazzale Michelangelo only 1.1 km . The apartment is on the second floor, recently restored without altering its main characteristics. The entry consists of a large lounge, with very high ceiling, the floor is in original Florentine cotto. There are two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. There is a TV 42 "flat screen. In the living room stands a beautiful loft in wood with wrought iron railing made entirely by hand by local artisans. In the loft there is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. Near the entrance is the bathroom, stylish and equipped with all comforts. After the living room there is a corridor with a very high ceiling where a large wall closet and functional has been realized. The corridor leads to the dining room through a stone staircase of six steps: is an original, a true jewel of Florentine craftsmanship. The dining room is large and the center is a large round table for 4/6 people. Next to the hall there is a small independent kitchen with window and equipped for lovers of fine cuisine. The apartment's style is classic and elegant, respectful and consistent with the historic building and the context in which it is located. And 'it covered almost entirely by an ancient and original Florentine terracotta, of great value. Many pieces of furniture are typical Tuscan antiques. In the apartment there are all conveniences: linen, towels, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, two flat screen TV, WIFI, air conditioning and iron.

    An apartment near to Santa Croce so it was very easy to walk to the major sights. Comfortable living area and bedroom, athough kitchen best if you mostly eat out.

    How do damage deposits work?
