New nice and bright apartment, recently renovated, ideal for 2/4 people in the historic center of Florence, Via del Presto 2, located on the fourth floor with elevator. Loft open space composed of the lower level of a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. Separately there is the kitchen-living room area and the bathroom. On the upper level there is another double bed, wardrobe and TV. Present air conditioning and free WiFi. Beautiful and peaceful new open space in the heart of the historical center of Florence, located on the fourth floor, with elevator, of an elegant building in Via del Presto 2 only 2 minutes walk from Piazza Duomo and Piazza Repubblica, 5 minutes from Piazza della Signoria . ACCOMMODATION The open plan apartment, non-smoking, spread over two levels. Lower level consists of a separate space with a double bed, a wall wardrobe and TV. Then there is the kitchen-living area with fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, American coffee, mocha and everything you need. Bathroom with tub and bidet, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and towels. The upper level overlooking the kitchen-living room area is accessible via a few stairs and comfortable, which is also composed of a double bed, a wall wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV. Present air conditioning and free WiFi. The apartment is new, clean and sunny and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. It will be a pleasure to host you and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. THE DISTRICT The district is one of the most central of the city. Perfect as a starting location to visit all the major sites and monuments of interest of Florence, is a 2-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo, Piazza della Repubblica, 5 minutes from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and the Ponte Vecchio and near being the center of all other major tourist attractions. In the apartment surroundings you will find supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. Parking: If arriving by car in agreement with a private garage just 5 minutes from the apartment, the price for a standard-sized car is € 26,00 (€ 31,00 for a big car) for 24 hours instead 36,00 EUR, including entrance fees and cancellation of the plate from ZTL system of the municipal police. Reservations not required. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to the apartment with their own keys. Privacy guaranteed. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS I live in the center of Florence and I will be available for any problems that guests may have inside or outside the apartment. Can I get to the apartment in 10-15 minutes. A TOUR AROUND Via del Presto is in a pedestrian area. Connection from the main train station "Santa Maria Novella": - Taxi: cost about 10,00 euro (5-10 minutes). - Bus no. 22 that stops just behind the Cathedral at "Santa Maria Maggiore". - Walking: Take the left exit from the platform and turn right to Piazza Unità. Then go straight in via Panzani up to the main facade of the Duomo. Looking at the main entrance of the Cathedral, turn right on Via Calzaiuoli, then take the third road on the left, Via del Corso. Continue for about 400 meters until you find on your right the way soon. Around the corner after 50 meters the second BLU number on your left (15 minutes). Staying in my apartment means to be in the heart of the historic center of Florence. OTHER THINGS TO HIGHLIGHT The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with elevator. Inside the apartment smoking is prohibited.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
