Located on the 5th floor with elevator, completely remodeled and tastefully decorated in 2016, our lovely apartment is equipped with all the amenities that make you feel like you are right at home and can accomodate up to 4 people.

The large windows make the apartment a bright environment that offers a comfortable bedroom, a large living room with a sofa, dining area, TV, WI-FI, air conditioning, and a modern kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc.

You’ll definitely be able to enjoy your morning breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever you want.

A wide bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

For our guests arriving by car we have an agreement, at a special price, with a garage nearby, where you can park your car and forget about it, since everything you need is just a stone throw away!

The apartment is located in a central area of the city, a well-served district, adjacent to Florence’s city center, ideal for families and for business travelers.

Just a couple of blocks away you can find bus stop, grocery stores, hair salons, dry cleaners, bank, pharmacy, bar, bakery, pizzeria and both typical Florentine restaurants as well as delicious ethnic restaurants.

We are also near Fortezza da Basso Congress Center, Palazzo dei Congressi and Opera Theatre.

In few minutes you can take a stroll in the beautiful Cascine Park, a truly remarkable green area of Florence where every Tuesday you’ll be able to visit the city’s largest mercato!

In the Cascine park there is also a nice swimming pool for the hottest days; it looks like a swimming pool within a hotel rather than a city one since the location is enriched by an ancient villa, a poolside bar, restaurant and pizzeria. There is also a smaller pool perfect for children while in the evening Le Pavoniere turns into a disco!

Minutes away you can find the University of Florence Campus, City Courthouse and Hospital Area and Peretola Airport.

All the main points of interest, such as Duomo, Piazza Signoria, Uffizi Gallery, etc. are within 1 km. distance, 20 minutes walking or few minutes by public transportation that will take you wherever there in few minutes.

The nearest bus stop is at just 150 mt. from the apartment.

Completamente ristrutturato da un mese e arredato in maniera funzionale, il nostro appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort che ti faranno sentire come a casa e può ospitare fino a 4 persone.

Ci troviamo al quinto piano con ascensore nel quartiere di San Jacopino, zona residenziale adiacente al centro storico dove vivono molti fiorentini, noto per i suoi negozi, artigiani, alimentari, pizzerie e trattorie tradizionali. E' l'ideale per visitare a piedi il centro storico di Firenze, per viaggi di lavoro o per partecipare a fiere ed eventi.

Reso molto luminoso dalle ampie finestre, l'appartamento è composto da un'accogliente camera da letto, un ampio soggiorno dotato di divano letto per due, zona pranzo, TV e un moderno angolo cottura ben attrezzato dove puoi tranquillamente preparare la colazione, il pranzo o la cena ogni volta che vuoi. Un ampio bagno con cabina doccia completa l'appartamento. WI-FI e aria condizionata gratuiti.

Nice but be careful

The place is very nice as the hosts, it is equipped with everything. The location is not bad, but not ideal and please just make sure to read from wherever you book that they charge 50 euros on top of… More

Dear Andrea, thank you for being our guest and for your kind feedback. I am just a little confused about your rating. You say "The place is very nice as the hosts, it is equipped with everything." but you put such a low rate, just because you did not see there was a final cleaning fee on the listing. You should complain with Expedia, if the fees are not clear, and be careful in reading the listings, not penalize our apartment. Furthermore, may be that in you country the fee is too much for a cleaning service, but, in Florence, that is exactly what we pay for cleaning, towels and linen. Regards Barbara

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
