A well presented modern and spacious mediterranean villa on one level situated on the hillside developement with stunning views above the village of Fitou with its medieval castle in the Languedoc Roussillon region between Narbonne and Perpignan. This property is fully air conditioned.

The villa has 2 bedrooms(1 with twin beds, 1 with double bed) Both have fitted wardrobes and airconditioning for your comfort and use.

1 bathroom with shower,washbasin &wc plus 1 seperate wc with handbasin.

The large an airy open plan living/dining room provides comfy sofa & é airchairs and dining room table with 4 chairs leads to well equiped kitchen area with Dishwasher,oven/hob,washing machine, kettle, toaster and good sized fridge/freezer. An iron and ironing board and clothes airer is also provided.

The living area is air conditioned for your comfort during the hot summer weeks and leads out onto a large covered terrace & private garden providing table&chairs,sunloungers & BBQ.

The comforts of home will be found in the villa which has free internet(wifi) large flatscreen tv with access to UK&French channels. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The private developement has 3 shared swimming pools(1 heated) 1unheated and a childrens pool and sunloungers are provided around the pool area. All bedlinen is provided for 4 people & beach/pool towels are provided.

Price is inclusive of all water & electricity charges.

2 parking spaces are situated immediately outside the property.

Located on a complex with walking access to Fitou and a short distance by car to the sandy beaches and amenities of both the Village and Plage of Leucate. Excellent swimming pools within the complex, never uncomfortably busy and with good facilities. Local restaurants were easy to find and of a good quality ('La Cave D'Agnes' in Fitou strongly recommended). The accommodation was exactly as described online, everything in exemplary condition and with superb wi-fi access. A large rear garden provided space to relax in both sun and shade. We'll visit again!
