4 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, pool, terrace, garden and oaks At the end of the 19th century, Country House nestled in a small park in a 300mt high nature reserve in the Valdarno 20km south of Florence. Cerchiaia is the ideal place for your holidays in Tuscany (2-8 people) if you are aiming for culture, nature, sport, fashion or simply relaxing. Our ground floor can accommodate two to eight people in four double bedrooms with three private bathrooms, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, winter garden and garden. Private pool June to October. Only five kilometers uphill from the A1 Milan-Naples motorway, Cerchiaia is a great starting point if you want to visit most of Tuscany City of art: Florence urban treasures and world-famous museums (only 35 'by car or train from the Incisa train station); Arezzo Historic Center and Piero della Francesca Affreschi (40 'by car or train); The frescoes by Beato Angelico and Cortona Tuscan Sun Festival (50 'by car); Siena, Città del Pallio and early Renaissance paintings (45 'by car); Pisa, Leaning Tower and Piazza dei Miracoli (60 'by car); Livorni, Medici Fortress and port, Etruscan ruins of Populonia (70 'by car); Orvieto, Duomo and Pozzo a Spirale, white wine (70 'by car) Lucc, medieval walls and historic center (70' by car); Etruscan ruins Grosseto and the Maremma countryside & sea (90 'by car). If you are interested in wine tasting all Chianti wineries can be reached from Cerchiaia by car in less than 60 '. If nature is your passion, Cerchiaia is the starting point for numerous attractive walks and jogging tracks. In just 60 'by car you can reach the Grande Foresta at 1000m of Vallombrosa with its 11th century Abbey, or the Casentino Forests with their observation tours to well-organized wild animals. If you are interested in fashion brands, the Fashion District Outlet The Mall is only 6 km (or 12 ') away in Leccio, as well as the leather processing factory of Dolce & Gabbana in Burchio. The original Design Center and Outlet PRADA of Levane can be reached in about 25 '. If you want to practice a sport we have 5 bicycles available in the house, a nearby riding school and four international level golf courses. Or maybe do a little of everything, enjoy the sun, relax in our swimming pool surrounded by the green private swimming pool.

    Four years in this business we never had an evaluation lower than 5* from many families and individuals coming from all over the world. This means Cerchiaia's matches their expectations. But maybe Mrs S was expecting a five star hotel not a countryhouse.The flat is professionally cleaned at every turnaround, as it was this time and there was no sign or symptom of what Mrs S claims. By the way Mrs.S insists on AC but nowhere we offer full AC in our specs on Homeaway, AirBnB, Trip Advisor Rentals etc. simply because it would not be true (safe that for one bedroom). The only reason we accepted ro partially refund the Smith family (not one third as she writes, but 50% of what we actually earned since the platform admin costs are not our responsibility) is simply because we felt sorry they had met with unexpected difficulties, even though they were not revealed to us in conversations we had on site in the first two days of their stay. We are still baffled by their decision to leave the property on the third day, without asking for our intervention, protesting or even telling us (we were at home upstairs) but just leaving a written note that we found the day after.
