Description from owner
The Villa in is located in Fiano Romano, a small medieval town on the outskirts of Rome. Its proximity to the Eternal City and the provision of good road links make this an ideal holiday base for combining city visits with a peaceful and relaxing stay immersed in the greenery of the Roman country side.
Guests are welcome to make free use of the pool area, grass football pitch, synthetic grass tennis court, table tennis facilities and bikes.
There are also barbecue facilities available to guests in the garden area beside the swimming pool.
The house is a 75 sqm independent studio apartment overlooking the private swimming pool (size: 14,00mt x 7,00mt ).
The house is an open space (one big room ), with a kitchen and a bathroom, it is air conditioned and fully furnished and can sleep up to 4 person, 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (1 extra single bed if required).
The use of the car is strong recommended.

“Fantastic base to see Rome and surrounding area”
Francesco & his family are very friendly and his villa is excellent. The villa is well equipped and set in beautiful grounds. The pool is really good and we spent many hours lazing around enjoying the Italian weather! That said, Fiano Romano is well placed to explore the area. A 35 minute drive into Rome, lake Bracciano or into the stunning hills north of the town. There are a few good restaurants and shops near by. Locals are very friendly and tourists are made to feel welcome - you will find most of the surrounding area very Italian with not much English spoken. We loved it!
“Fantastic holiday property”
We have just returned from a two week stay at Villa Mola.It was one of the best family holidays we have ever had. The villa is lovely surrounded by beautiful gardens. The pool was blissful. Francesco was so friendly and helpful. Always on hand to give advice but not in the least intrusive. Access to Rome was so easy. Just 30 mins by train. The local takeaway pizzeria has the most wonderful piazza you will ever taste for €4 There are a number of lovely restaurants in Fiano Romano. The Garden was lovely. We went there a few times (try their antipasta, it's amazing) Another must is a trip to Lake Bracciano. Overall our experience of Italy, Fiano Romano and Villa Mola was wonderful.Thank you so much Francesco

This beautiful and secluded villa offers the best mix of privacy and accessibility. The photos don't do it justice - the Villa and the grounds are beautiful and luxurious, and were clearly built and maintained with love and purpose. Francesco is a great host - he was very friendly and helpful while making us feel very much at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back next summer!
“Lovely superb paradise villa with excellent facilities 100% as advertised”
We stayed in Villa Mola for 5 nights from 31st May to 5th June 2012. As a family of 5 from Scotland, we had a lovely memorable time in a paradise like home . All the information advertised by the Villa owner was honest and accurate. Francesco ( Villa owner) was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are a person who appreciate mature gardens, private swimming pool, football pitch, tennis court, table tennis ( all in very good condition) then this is the villa you need to look for. The best thing I remember waking up in the morning having a coffee and a walk in the gardens followed by swim in the pool and a breakfast under palm trees. All yours!! Wonderful superb feeling. The villa is about 35-40 minutes by train or 1 hour from villa door to city centre ( major attractions). It was very easy transport but remember to buy tickets from the bar in front of the train station , Fara Sabina ( bar closes on Sat & Sun, remember to buy tickets on Friday !) and activate them. A whole day ticket ( Trains, buses, Metro) costs 8 Euros /person which you can use in all Rome. I also tried to drive to Rome and it wasn't a bad experience at all ( 30 minutes to car park). I used to park in Villa Borgheses car park (2 Eros / hour or 18 Eroes / 24hours) which has a tunnel which takes you directly to Spanish steps Metro station ( 5 minutes walk and you are in Spanish steps) Back To the Villa, It has a secure entrance and car park inside. All local amenities are within easy access by car (within 5-10 minutes drive) . The villa inside is an open plan with air condition and in short the gardens are massive and lovely . You certainly need to hire a car during stay which we did from Fuimicino airport. We all as a family enjoyed our stay in Villa Mola Rome. Thank you Francesco and see you next year. K. “Perfect relaxing oasis near Rome”
If You are planning a relaxing and quiet week in a country-like atmosphere before walking around sightseeing in the busy streets of Rome – Villa Mola is the perfect place. When You drive through the gate to the Villa Mola You enter a whole new world and you just want to stay there forever – swim in the fantastic pool, play football with your kids, sit in the beautiful garden or enjoy a family match at the tennis court. And You have it all by yourself! Francesco is a great host. And if you are going to Rome you simply must eat at his friend´s restaurant. It´s a true Italian restaurant with Italien food at it´s best - isolated from the touristic streets. We send you Francesco a Danish salute!
“A Fantastic Villa In A Wonderful Location”
My family and I have just returned home after 2 glorious weeks at Villa Mola and we were all very sad to leave. The villa was spacious, clean and has all the basics inside. It is set in a beautiful, mature and well tended garden. Within the secluded grounds there is a pool, football pitch, tennis court and table tennis table. We had the unique opportunity to split the holiday into two separate parts. Spending lazy days around the pool with my sons making full use of all the facilities and days out sightseeing in Roma which is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The villa is just 40 minutes drive from Roma, an hour from the beach and an hour from Tivoli. There is a super gelateria just 15 minutes walk from the villa, which also has delicious pastries. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby and plenty of restaurants. We were given a very warm welcome by all of the family. They were very helpful with any questions we had and were a wonderful source of information. We would highly recommend this villa. It offers the best of both worlds. An idyllic retreat to relax and unwind but close to the vibrancy of historic Roma. Thank you Francesco and Vittorio and family for being such wonderful hosts and sharing your beautiful piece of Italy with us, we could not have asked for a better holiday. We hope to see you again soon!!
