Presenting the most beautiful views along with high level of comfort, this 2- bedroom residence proudly stands above Lapad Boulevard in one of the most prestigious location in Dubrovnik.

Every detail around this new apartment is designed to perfection.

Parking level with two private places is located on the top floor of the building from where elevator gives flawless access to the apartment. This high-end property offers two double bedrooms, both equipped with SAT-TV, walk-in wardrobe, desk and air-conditioning unit. One bathroom with shower and sauna is located opposite the first bedroom, while the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
