Casa Dasha Lanzarote - In Matagorda, Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote, Canary Islands.

This is a very attractive bungalow. 3 twin bedrooms, 3 shower rooms - 2 en-suite, 3 patios, 6 X 4 mtr acclimatized, solar heated swimming pool -

The area is pleasant, quiet & located near palm groves.

It is an easy 3 minute walk 300m to the golden sandy beaches nearby.

The sea is much calmer on this side of the island & is teeming with life - snorkeling, scuba diving & windsurfing are very popular.

The local supermarket / bar restaurant is in the same street =100 metres away or it is a 3 1/2-minute walk to the local shopping centre, which has many excellent restaurants, bars & entertainment + supermarkets, car hire etc.

Restaurants, drinks, cigarettes, perfumes, electronic goods, cameras, taxis, etc. are cheaper than the uk.

Most hotels have cabaret show/live music in the evenings - the Beatriz Hotel (3 minutes) & sol lanzarote (3 1/2 minutes) is very good.

The villa is fully furnished & in good decorative order. It has:

FRONT PATIO Dining table + 5 Chairs, 4 Sun beds, built in BBQ & 6 x 4 Mtr. Acclimatized Swimming Pool, Roman steps, handrails & non slip tape.

LOUNGE 2 seater & 3 seater Sofa, 2 x coffee tables, Dining table for 4, 32" LCD TV, Large cable tv package + DVD + films, radio /cd system & lots of books & Cable internet wifi. 300mbps

KITCHEN (open plan) Ceramic hob x 4, Oven/grill + combi microwave/ grill/oven, large fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, george forman & Flat grill for table top cooking, + cutlery, crockery, glasses etc.

FRONT BEDROOM 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, desk 5 drawers & office chair & fitted wardrobe. EN SUITE: - vanity unit, long base shower with glass panel and drop down seat, toilet with drop down rail, bidet, & hair dryer, + SAFE & Washing machine

No smoking in house, outside ok, dont throw cigarette or litter in the garden. Nice residential Area. No undue noise. Interior cushions etc. not for use outside cannot cope with sunlight & chlorine.

The house is quite well, it is clean, it is spacious and very easy to locate. It has everything you need to enjoy a holiday in a pleasant and quiet environment. The owners advise you if you have any questions and leave coffee, infusions and other products at your disposal as a welcome pack. Very happy with everything in general. This has been the 1st negative review that the villa has received. Most people like the fact that I have stayed with the traditional Canarian style and not over modernised the accommodation & I have furnished it to be comfortable and not with uncomfortable modern furniture. The standards have always been high but are now even higher because of corvid & the cleaners do their best to keep the villa up to a very good standard. I am disappointed with your review as I don't think it is fair or balanced.

Why can't I call Sharon (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
