La Torre Apartment Facilities:

Perfectly located luxury Town House overlooking the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course with panoramic views of mountains towards Murcia. The House benefits from the large balcony, ideal for al fresco dining or just relaxing on the loungers and watch the spectacular sunsets over the mountains that Spain experiences. The main bedroom has direct access to the balcony via the French and patio doors. The House has 2 bedrooms and is accommodated to sleep 4 people. The House has air conditioning and also has 2 bathrooms. Our Property is suitable for people with restricted mobility. Parking spaces available on our drive.

La Torre Golf Resort:

La Torre has a beautifully landscaped 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The complex also offers 15 communal swimming pools, tennis courts, a boating lake, children's play areas, gardens and three lakes. The resort centre boasts a stunning golf clubhouse, luxury 5* hotel and spa, health clinic, retail outlets and a wide range of international restaurants and bars. Services also include laundry and housekeeping, catering, creche, rental management, car hire and a shuttle service to the other Polaris World resorts for a small compatible charge.

La Torre is an outstanding, new 5* Florida-style resort situated in Murcia - a place of great natural beauty with breathtaking mountain views, fertile vineyards and outstanding "Blue Flag" beaches. The area enjoys a fantastic climate with 320 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 21 degrees, perfect for summer and winter holidays and golf. The Clubhouse and resort centre are just a few minutes' walk from the From Our House. The resort has private access with 24 hour barrier controlled security. The complex offers a supermarket, medical centre, 15 swimming pools, tennis courts, with international style restaurants and bars located in the 5* clubhouse.

Transport

Excellent transport links provide access to Murcia (San Javier) airport (15 mins approx) & Alicante (90 mins approx). Many airlines operate to these airports often at a very low cost. See Easyjet, Flybe, Ryanair, Jet2 to name a few. We recommend using (www.skyscanner.net) or (www.fly.co.uk) to find the best flight prices.
Car Hire is available from Murcia/Alicante Airport or you can shop online and grab a bargain we recommend using companies like Budget, Avas, Eurocar, Hertz, Entreprise Etc, you can pre book these online or book on your arrival at the airport (subject to availability)

Murcia Region

Murcia is undoubtedly one of the richest provinces in Spain but has remained one of the least exploited Areas in Spain to date; Murcia Town Centre is draped in history. Murcia serves some of the best food in Spain, so it is tempting to spend the day flitting between tapas bars. But you must drag yourself away from food, at least for a while, for this city, founded by the Moors in 825, mixes 500 years' worth of Islamic architecture and influence with a fascinating old town of beautiful churches and museums, all in narrow streets and attractive plazas of many shapes and sizes. A must see is the Citys cathedral. Murcia boasts 253 kilometres of pure Mediterranean countryside with fertile plains covered with fruit trees, paradise beaches and beautiful woodlands. Murcia City, a short journey away by car or public transport, provides extensive access to many restaurants, bars, stunning architecture and retail outlets. If you enjoy football, Real Murcia is now in the Premier League, playing the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid, so you could catch a game at their new impressive stadium. Many other interesting towns are within easy distance, such as Cartagena and Lorca

The complex offers a supermarket, medical centre, 15 swimming pools, tennis courts, with international style restaurants and bars located in the 5* clubhouse there is a Gift shop that sells English, German & French Papers,
The new medical centre is now open at La Torre Golf Resort. The centre offers general medicine services and nursing, clinical analysis, physiotherapy, the sale of medical products and the arrangement of appointments in other medical centres.
There is also a cash machine at CajaMurcia Bank within the La Torre Village

Beach's

Murcia boasts some on the most beautiful golden sandy beaches along the Spanish coast we recommend a few that are around 15Km drive from the resort:

Los Alcazares & Torre De La Horadada, both have beautiful golden sands along with some fantastic sea food restaurants,

Mar Manor is well known for its warm water and its salt lakes towards the San Pedro del Pinata Area, They have a fantastic range of water sports like sailing, canoeing, swimming, water-skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing, catamaranning, kite surfing and every other type of water sport activity in its numerous clubs, ports and sailing and diving schools.

A Short Drive from the Mar Manor is La Manga, Famous for English Football teams visiting for Pre seasonal training. It boasts miles of beautiful sandy Beach's and some fantastic Restaurants, Its also the perfect place for relaxing and also boasts a fantastic golf resort.

How do damage deposits work?

If Dharmendra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
