“Great value family holiday” We have just returned from a fabulous 12 night family holiday at Casa de Mendes, La Torre. The property has excellent facilities and is very well located overlooking the golf course, you can catch the sun from early morning until late into the evening on the terrace. The house is tastefully furnished and air conditioned which is very welcome at times as is the free wi-fi. The UK tv channels helped to keep the kids entertained when we took a break from the sun. It is only a short walk to the nearest pool which we visited many times, there are many communal pools at La Torre and all are maintained to a very high standard. There is also tennis and golf on site but we were happy to simply chill out and enjoy the sun. A hire car is advisable to get the most out of the location, we flew into Alicante which is an easy 1 hour drive away via good roads. This was our 2nd visit to La Torre and we would definately go back to Casa de Mendes for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

“Great holiday accommodation!” My husband and I booked 8 days in this villa and dealt directly with the owner when I had an issue with receiving Holiday Lettings email. I can confidently say that none of the details in the listing are exaggerated! We had a lovely time. The villa was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Prior to our visit we were sent a comprehensive pack of details, not only directing us to the villa and the keyholder but giving us ideas to fill our time (although to be honest we were happy to chill around the heated pool!) In short, we would definitely book this villa again.

“Wonderful” The house is beautiful! Just a few issues, but Rob the manager fantastic. Put everything right with immediate effect. Also David the owner was on top of things as soon as he knew about the issues. David I have never met,but I can tell he is a very decent person. Just the way he responded by email and put things right. We definitely will go back, as the house is gorgeous. It is a great base for getting around. You do need a car, but you are 15/20 minutes from most places and the the beaches. The golf resort is very clean and security is very good. You can relax a date just enjoy.
