Experience an unforgettable stay in the luxurious urbanization Dominion Beach oceanfront. The Mediterranean and sprawling complex is well maintained and provides a perfect setting for relaxing holidays. A breathtaking view of Gibraltar and to the Moroccan coast creates holiday mood. The proximity to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona with its diverse offerings provides variety. Conditioning: The sprawling complex invites leave a dangle the soul. The main pool complex is located directly on the beach and offers stunning views of the sea. The pool chairs are free to use. The situated right next to the pool bar offers snacks all year and good food. In addition to the pool bar is the usable for the guests fitness room of the plant. Another pool is located in the garden area and is heated from April to October. The plant is video monitored and has a 24-hour security. Penthouse: 3 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms one en-suite. Two bedrooms have double beds and direct access to the spacious and equipped to linger terrace - with sea view - that a third party has two single beds. The large living / dining room is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is new (incl. Dishwasher and washing machine) and fully equipped. The roof terrace for private use is reached by a staircase. The terraces are equipped with chairs, tables, chairs and a sofa. Other features: air conditioning, free Wifi, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, gas grill, .... The penthouse is easily accessible by elevator. Which belongs to the apartment underground parking ensures a cool car on hot days. it is about 70 m from the sea. Environment: The idyllic area is traffic-technically well served. Estepona can be reached by car in 5 minutes and Marbella in around 20 minutes. For Purobeach Club Marbella is just a few minutes walk on the pristine beach and the Kempinski Hotel Bahia comes directly afterwards. The Chiringuito Torre Valerin is on the other side, also within a short walking distance. Shopping for daily needs are also located in the immediate vicinity. So the next Aldi is about 3 minutes and the nearest Lidl less than 10 minutes by car. From a German perspective, all have an unusual wide variety of fish and local food, although can be found there many German products. A Carrefour is located at the entrance to Estepona. In the "Corte de Ingles" in Puerto Banus there is not only a great selection of everything, including the selection of fresh food is exceptional. Even if no one wants to get sick on vacation, it is good to know that the nearest hospital (Hospiten Estepona) is only about 1 km away. It is spoken English and some even German. The nearest pharmacy is located at the entrance road to Estepona (on the way to Carrefour).

Eine zauberhafte Anlage. 3 Pools…. Kinderpool und der große Pool dierekt am Strand. Sogar ein tolles Restaurant ist in der Anlage. Gern wieder!

Why can't I call Ingo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ingo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
