A luxurious contemporay 3 bedroomed 2 bathroom detached villa with private pool perfect for families. couples and golfers Furnished to a very high standard the vllla has everything you will need for a 5 star holiday in this beautiful area of Murcia

Spacious lounge with french doors opening onto the garden, full sized table tennis table and private pool. 42" LCD TV with satellite channels, DVD & CD players, Playstation2 with games and board games for all the family

Large master bedroom with kingsize bed and en suite bathroom with hydro massage bath and shower, large fitted wardrobes and double french doors opening onto the terrace and pool. The two other bedrooms have twin beds, bedside tables, large fitted wardrobes and share a separate shower room/wc.

From the lounge area is a door leading to an outside covered seating area and brick built barbecue. The garden has a private swimming pool, patio and plenty of space to sit in the shade or the sun. You will find 4 sun loungers and dining table for al fresco dining.

Reservation Fee of 25% is payable immediately to secure your booking.

Balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

A damage deposit of £250 is also due 6 weeks in advance. and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)

Villa is available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure

Dedicated key holder to welcome and inform you of the property facilities and activities available within the area, e.g beaches, waterparks etc and provide you with catering packs bread, milk, coffee, tea, etc (fees apply)

Cleaning cost of 110 euros payable locally on arrival. Additional mid stay cleaning can be arranged and are payable locally.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cathy (the owner) a message.

If Cathy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
