The Presidential Villa had a successful season last year and was fully booked in it's first year of listing, the Villa has been extensively refurbished and features a private roof terrace and open plan kitchen.

This Luxury 3 Bedroom Detached Villa with Private Pool, Hot Tub, Jacuzzi bath, is only one of the few Villas on the resort which boast a Private Roof Terrace.

Located on El Valle Golf Resort, this is regarded as the finest Golf Resort in the Murcia Region.

The accommodation is all set on one spacious level. Featuring plush, lavish interiors with no expense sparred.

Furnished to a very high standard, the property oozes opulence and style. It is packed with the latest technology and gadgets, Bose cinema system, Samsung 3D curved 55" TV with UK & International channels, PlayStation 4. Samsung dishwasher, Samsung American fridge freezer, Samsung Washing Machine, Panasonic Microwave, Dualit Kettle and toaster.

All the beds boast Silent night memory foam mattresses and pillows. The linen is of 5 star hotel quality. The dining area features a stone dining table and 6 leather high back chairs, there is an open fire in the living room and a 'L' Shaped leather sofa. Five sets of French doors lead out onto the patio and pool area.

Sun loungers and children's toys are provided to enjoy the pool and hot tub.

The Villa is equipped with a Yale Smart Alarm Security System, if activated a siren is sounded and snapshots of intruders are taken and transmitted to the monitoring centre, please note the system is only activate when the property is empty.

The property is kept very clean due to the owners suffering from asthma and dust allergies.

We use Villa Solera to manage our property, they offer a meet and greet service, as well as providing shopping and welcome packs. They also cater for extra activities and events i.e.. Birthday parties, DJ hire etc. Villa Solera are also managing agents for the Villa Plus group

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Y (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
