The stunning and spacious Algaba style villa is South facing & situated front line overlooking the 18th green. We purchased the villa in October 2014 and the villa has been refurbished and furnished to a very high and contemporary standard !. A private good sized pool , Jacuzzi and plenty of sun loungers. We have a heated pool which can be booked at an additional amount .Also outside there is a covered terrace with outdoor dining and relax watching the sun set with great views.The villa has a home from home feel and has everything you would expect including WIFI and satellite TV.The exclusive El Valle resort built by Polaris World is a low build density under 10% with 640 villas and apartments. The resort has a 18 hole championship " desert style " golf course. The resort is gated with security to add to your safety. Access to Murcia city just 20 mins , from January 2019 the new Murcia airport is just 10 mins and the nearest beach 20 mins away. Because of the location of the villa to the clubhouse , golf course and supermarket you could get away without the need for a car and if you need to venture out of the resort use a taxi. The villa is family friendly and you will feel very relaxed.We want guests to feel as we do as comfortable as possible with a home from home feel. There is a tennis court , paddle tennis and boule Court within 2 mins walk from the villa .

We have a property management company who live on El Valle ensuring any questions / problems can be dealt with promptly . I am always happy to answer questions before you committ and after you book youre stay . We have a villa information pack which i can send ahead of your arrival to help you plan the holiday in advance . I am always available by mobile if you need any help on arrival as well.If you stay for longer than a week we provide a weekly clean and linen change.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joe (the owner) a message.

If Joe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
