The beautiful complex 'El Paraiso' is composed of 36 spacious houses set amongst 27,000 m2 of gardens, water courses,childrens area and large communal pool.

Our superb townhous, 3 bedrooms all ensuite,semi detached corner townhouse, with 3 terraces. 1 very large spacious terrace overlooking manicured gardens and large swiming pool.

enjoying the morning sun from the terrace and rear garden and in the late afternoon from the front of the house.

The development has a large communal swimming pool, a small childrens pool,a childrens play area with swing, and a golf practice netted driving range for residents

Our townhouse has :

DOWNSTAIRS : spacious living room with fireplace, TV, DVD player and stereo, dining room, fully equiped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, grill, water heater....),

A separate toilet downstairs with washing machine, iron and ironing board

UPSTAIRS : full size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bad, douce, bidet and toilet. A private balcony (9 m2)

And 2 double bedrooms with separate bathroom with bad, douche and toilet. The townhouse can accommodate 6 adults.

Both air conditioning and heating are available, with a separate circuit for downstairs and upstairs.,

The large (40 m2) terrace at the back , overlooking the beautiful gardens and swiming pool, is fully furnished with a comfortable lounge in twicker and dining table with chairs in teak, and a bbq. But also the smaller (18 m2) terrace at the front near the covered carport, has a dining table and chairs. The townhouse has a private garden (50 m2) with sunbeds, which runs into the common garden. The townhouse has private parking.

Entered by electric entry-gates, the townhouse is set within a beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees, a water feature with waterfalls and fountain which runs through the garden, communal swimming pool and seating area, as well as children's play area with swings and sea-saw.

'El Paraiso' unique location provides the desired tranquillity with mountain views and yet is only 5 minutes drive to the beaches,

The Trendy Puerto Banus and its Marina filled with super yachts and designer shops is only a short drive of 10 minutes. And about 15 minutes to the old town of Marbella, with extensive shopping and diner opportunities, and numeros tapa bars in the old town.

Paraiso Park is in the municipitality of benahavis, where the gastronomic village with its many restaurants is only about 5 minutes drive.

San Pedro is about the same distance likewise Estepona. The nearest supermarket is 2 kilometres from the townhouse.

In the area there is an extensive choice of golf courses (such as Las Brisas, La Quinta, Los Arqueros, Guadalmina, Atalaya, El Paraiso, etc.). Day trips are also within the possibilities: Ronda, Pueblos Blancos, Cordoba, Granada, as well as skiing in the Sierra Nevada. The area is also ideal for biking and walking.

Very Good

“The Perfect Holiday Home”

We recently stayed in the aforementioned townhouse, We knew the location we wanted it was just finding the right accommodation, I stumbled across this little gem, as soon as I looked at the pictures of the house it looked perfect, The owners are extremely helpful and answer all questions and queries very quickly, the information on the website is also very accurate, it is a beautiful gated development which suited us as we have young children, the grounds are kept in perfect order, the house is extremely well presented, good in size with 3 big bedrooms, the master bedroom is superb with a walk in dressing area and large en-suite and a lovely balcony to sit and have your coffee on first thing in the morning, Downstairs is mostly open plan, apart from the kitchen which gave you the immediate feeling of space, the patio areas ( front and back are excellent, The garden is lovely for you to sunbathe in private, or alternatively you could lay by the communal pool which was plenty big enough for the size of the complex, it was a superb base, we have been on all inclusive in recent years and found that this was so much more relaxing.... no early mornings to try and get a sunbed in a half decent position, you wake up when you want, have your coffee on the balcony and then wander into the garden where your own sunbed awaits, even the small things like the air conditioning which you do need in August worked so efficiently & was extremely quiet, There were 5 of us 2 Adults, 3 Children & the house was more than big enough for the 5 of us, There is a BBQ at the house which we used on a few occasions & a couple of local restaurants nearby, however you will need a car as it is slightly off the beaten track, however there is so much to do & see in this and the surrounding area that this would be a benefit in any case, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again & will be doing so & cannot recommend this place highly enough

Just returned from our first visit to the Costa del Sol and would love to return! The home we rented was perfect! Great facilities, well placed and had everything we needed. I had a wonderful time! It's my second time I've been here and it's starting to feel like my second home. The house has spacious rooms, a fully equiped kitchen and a comfortable living room. There's a garden and big balcony with the nicest view to quitely relax and enjoy the sun! It's located perfectly since both the beach and the city are nearby. There are also lovely markets to wander around and many local restaurants to eat some of the best tapas or to enjoy a glass of sangria with dinner. I would highly recommend this place for a great holiday!

Very spacious and quiet corner house with a large sun terrace. The house is at the end of the road, so there is no noise of cars. Beautiful garden, very close to the swimming pool, but distant enough in order not to have any noise of playing children. The house is very comfortable and clear. We felt at home immediately. Very close to the supermarket, golf, beach (Puro Beach), restaurants, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona. The old town of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benahavis and Ronda are really worthwhile visiting. It is necessary to have a car. I really recommend this place for someone desiring to relax in a quiet and beautiful surrounding, but still likes the fact that it is only 5 minutes away from shopping and activities. The town of Benahavis is further up in the mountains and is a very nice white village with lots of good restaurants. There are lots of mountain trails to walk with many very traditional restaurants

Perfect hospitality by the owners. The gave us a lot of information and addresses. Very good and quiet location. Perfect bed and bed linen, spacious house, ideal for 3 couples. Nice swimming pool. We will be back next year as 1 week was too short.

If you are looking for a great place to spend a relaxed and sunny holiday, while at the same time enjoying the picturesque town Puerto Banus and the lively city of Marbella, Paraiso Park is the place to be. The domain is located in a quiet and green area, next to a golf court and not far from Marbella. Paraiso Park itself consists of around 30 houses, each with their own private backyard and a large shared pool. As the domain is quite large, we never had the feeling to be close to others, and we were mostly the only ones occupying the pool. The house itself was nicely decorated and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equiped kitchen and a large living room (including dining area). It was also great to have well-equiped terraces on both sides of the house, which enabled us to enjoy the sun on the terrace all day and evening long. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Paraiso Park for a nice and relaxing holiday!
