This is the perfect home to stay in for weddings or reunions or just to visit our beautiful town. Right in the heart of Eagle within minutes, you can get to restaurants and shops. Nice quiet neighborhood. Five minute drive to the Greenbelt. About 20 minute drive to downtown Boise. The owners live just five minutes away and are available. Fully furnished rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Beautiful backyard with a little pond and waterfall that you can sit outside and enjoy! Patio furniture and gas barbecue grill. Two car garage!

The house was just newly painted and carpeted is completely furnished. Full kitchen supplies. We have a king bed in one room, a queen bed in the second room,, the third room has a triple bunk bed and a twin bed, living room has a pull out sleeper couch. High chair and pack and play and some toys, books, games, and puzzles.

This house is right in the center of Eagle! Best location! Fully furnished home, bedrooms, and kitchen. 2 car garage with lots of free street parking.

Close to green belt. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops and Eagle Saturday market (during the summer). New appliances. Fresh, clean, and updated. Washer and dryer included!

Great place for families or parties! 22 acres. 10 acres of forested land on the island between two branches of the Boise River and backed into Eagle Island State Park. Fishing, swimming, picnics, etc... We have trails all over the island, a bridge over the river with a porch swing to sit and enjoy the beauty, camp fire pits, big Treehouse play fort, large Swingset, soccer field, basketball court with basketball hoops that adjust very short and very high. We have four-wheeling paths, We also own nine square ( A great group game if you haven’t heard of it). This other property is shared with owners family and other renters.
