Magnificent vacation in medieval Dubrovnik

Apartment Petra is located in the heart of the Old City of Dubrovnik, just a few steps away from restaurants, galleries and all the historical monuments. One bedroom apartment in the center of the Old Town is ideal for couples, friends and families with children who want to take advantage of all that Dubrovnik has to offer.
Apartment Petra is located in an excellent location, just few steps away from all tourist attractions. The most popular beach Buza and beach Banje „East West Beach Club“ is located just 3 minutes walking distance, bus station is just 1 minutes walking distance, while the town itself has everything, including concerts, theaters, galleries, historical museums, post office, banks, night clubs, numerous restaurants and bars.

Accommodation

Bedrooms 2+2: The spacious bedroom overlooking the City Walls, the bedroom is equipped with queen size bed, extra sofa bed for 2 persons and large closet.

Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower, toilet, water heater and hair dryer. Towels are available according to the number of persons and are changed every two to three days.

Kitchen: Kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster and all necessary utensils.

Living Rooms: Apartment Petra is the best choice for couples, friends or families. Capacity is two to four people. Completely renovated and carefully decorated. (Satellite TV, air conditioning, DVD player). Wireless internet is available free of charge in the apartment.

Cleaning / towels / linen / service: Towels and linens are included in price, towels are changed every 3-4 days and linens every 7 days. Cleaning is carried out before and after your stay.

How to find us: The apartment is located in the center of Dubrovnik. Cars are not allowed in the Old town, but if you travel by car, public garage is located 10 minutes away (cost per day is approximately €22,00). Dubrovnik airport is located 20 km away, and we recommend our transfer service (€40,00 one way)or airport shuttle bus that goes to the bus station Pile, which is 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment Petra.

The apartment is not adapted for wheelchair users, as it is on the first floor of the house and there are 25 stairs to the main entrance. No Elevator.

If you are staying in the apartment Petra 7 nights or longer we offer a discount of 10%. (except in high season July/August) Minimum stay is 3 nights. Shorter stays may be accepted at a higher rate. Long term and winter rates are negotiable.
In high season (July/August) for overnight stays less than 3 nights you will be charged an additional 30% of the quoted price.

Changeover day in any day. Check in from 14:00 PM; check out until 10:00 AM. If you need an earlier arrival or late departure we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Petrica (the owner) a message.

If Petrica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
