This Crystal Beach home has 10 beds (2 king, 2 queen, 6 full) plus sofa bed so it's the perfect spot for 3-4 families with children.

THE SPACE

Less than half a block from the beach, you can literally smell the ocean as you sit out on the front porch at Casa Del Mar. This gorgeous home has been recently updated with all new linens, new paint, new furniture, and new lighting! This private oasis is the perfect spot for you and your family and/or friends to enjoy all that Destin and its beautiful emerald waters has to offer. Casa Del Mar offers a Master Bedroom with peek-a-boo ocean views from it's private porch, a double bunk room, and a queen room in the main house. Out back, just past the sparkling private pool, you will find a very well appointed Carriage House, with plenty of room for an entire family, as it has a Master King Room and a second bedroom with a full over full bunk bed.

Being so close to the beach, we do our best to make sure you have everything you need to take full advantage of those sugar white sands! We provide a beach wagon with beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as a cooler with wheels so you can roll all of your gear to the beach with ease.

MAIN HOUSE, FIRST FLOOR

The first floor of the main house boasts a wide open floor plan with the kitchen looking out into the roomy living room - the perfect place for your family and friends to gather. With a dining room table that seats up to 8, a breakfast bar with 5 bar stools, and a high chair for the littlest of your group, you'll find there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy whatever delicious meals you've prepared in our fully stocked kitchen using our stainless steel appliances. After dinner, there is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather around the flat screen TV for movie night. Cable TV is provided, as well as a Roku device and a DVD player, so your choices for TV entertainment are endless!

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #1 - QUEEN, FIRST FLOOR

Just down the hall from the kitchen, and past the full bathroom with an extra large vanity and shower/tub combo, you'll find a private and comfortable queen room, ideal for anyone who may need to avoid the stairs.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #2 - KING MASTER, 2ND FLOOR

Just at the top of the stairs, you'll find the spacious and bright King Master bedroom.

This private master suite offers a king size bed, a sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV, as well as plenty of space to store your things in the chest of drawers. Open the double doors from the bedroom out onto the private second story porch, which stretches across the entire front of the house. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while catching the sun rise over the ocean. On the other side of the bedroom is the spacious master bath, offering a double vanity, jetted tub, and stand alone shower.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #3 - DOUBLE BUNK ROOM, 2ND FLOOR

Fondly referred to as the "kids room," this over sized bedroom features two full-over-full bunks (that's 4 full-size beds) AND an additional queen bed, so there’s room for up to 10 children or 6 adults. In addition, you'll also find a "mini crib" on wheels, which can easily be rolled down the hallway to the master suite, depending on your preferred sleeping arrangements with the littlest member of your family. Attached to this bedroom is another full sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity.

CARRIAGE HOUSE (BEDROOM #4 & 5, BATHROOM #4)

Just outside the back door and past the private pool, you'll find the Carriage House, which is big enough to host an entire family of its own. Inside you will find two bedrooms connected by a hallway with a full size bathroom with a shower /tub combination and full size vanity, as well as a walk in closet. The first bedroom offers a King sized bed with its own flat screen TV and chest of drawers. The second room has another full over full bunk bed (that is 2 full size beds - large enough to sleep 4 children) and a cozy seating area with a small kitchenette, offering a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Perhaps one of the most fun features of this stunning home is its beautiful pool and large private back yard. Around the sunny pool, you will find two outdoor dining sets, lounge chairs and a large grill. Pool heat is also available for an additional fee.

To top it all off, this gorgeous home is less than half a mile away from countless restaurants, activities and entertainment! Be sure to check out Destin Commons, a lovely upscale shopping and entertainment center full of restaurants, a movie theater, and a bowling alley! Just across the street from there, you'll find all the groceries you need for your stay at Publix. Everything you could want or need is literally within walking distance from this oasis at the beach!
