Beautifully appointed, second (top) floor, one bedroomed apartment with stunning panoramic sea views. Lovely balcony which overlooks the pool and gardens with table and comfy chairs for al-fresco dining or enjoying a cocktail as the sun goes down.

This apartment is well equipped and homely and includes a brand new 50" Smart TV and has the benefit of its own WIFI AND UK TV SERVICE.

Although this normally sleeps 2 people in a double bedroom – there is a sofa bed available for a 3rd person at an extra cost – please ask.

As well as the normal bed linen and apartment towels - we also provide beach towels and a hair dryer for your convenience to help with restricted luggage allowance these days!

Superbly located in the welcoming town of Costa Teguise with its amazing facilities. This apartment is set in the beautifully kept gardens of Playa Bastian within an easy stroll of the promenade and beaches, a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops.

Thanks for the review. Sorry the drains are an intermittent, irritating and very unpleasant problem. All we can say is it seems to depend on wind direction and the tides - most of the time the problem does not exist.

Why can't I call Linda (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Linda (the owner) a message.

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
