Ideal for visiting the city on foot without transport. It is located in a historical and pedestrian street Cervantes has already given in his book "The Dreamlife City". It is the most important triangle of the historic center of Cordoba, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. Located between the Mezquita, Plaza del Potro and Corredera Square and City Hall. The house is spread over three floors, the ground floor entrance hall, lounge with sofa bed and kitchen 1.40x2.00, the first floor with two bedrooms with double beds of 1.35x1.90 and bathroom and a terrace with beautiful views and two areas, one living room and a small solarium with loungers and parasols in both areas. The house is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and bed linen and towels. It has ceiling fans in every room for the summer and heat storage for the winter. Being a traditional house, its construction is with thick walls that make the temperature remains fairly stable regardless of the season, although the summer in Cordoba can become very hot. All public and private services are close at hand. Museums, cordobesas tavernas, the best restaurants, the most important monuments, and services of private and public parking within walking distance. We believe that Cordoba is an intimate city to very personally entangled in its streets, square and monuments, and that our position is to provide the best possible accommodation during their stay but without interrupting during his visit to guest-traveler. Being a very quiet neighborhood at night, even with a hectic life for the day, please please respect the hours of rest. Enjoy much of the city PRAY WITH TIME BE TIMELY DELIVERY OF KEYS, I always will be. Please leave the apartment in good condition. its decor has been designed with love, so that our guests enjoy and feel comfortable and heating Lights out when they leave the house to visit the city. If you are a smoker please smoke on the terrace. The tranquility and depth of their environment, both its people and its streets and squares are unique feelings of peace and privacy. The line three public buses in Cordoba can collect them at the railway station-AVE or bus, and leave less than 100 meters from the house, in the Plaza de la Corredera or Plaza del Potro, where access ecological buses -electrical transiting the historic center of Cordoba, as well as services and taxi ranks in different locations and less than two minutes from the house

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send EVA MARIA (the owner) a message.

If EVA MARIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
